The grill is amazing, excellent temperature control and the ability to offset grill is awesome! It takes about 20-30 minutes to set up.

Absolutely LOVE this grill!Not only was the build process easy (partner and I build legos as a hobby so may have had a slight upper hand) but it looks amazing!We love the accuracy of the thermometer on the top dome as well as the airflow/grate adjustments. It’s very spacious while maintaining a sleek size making it easy to move. Speaking of moving, the handle is a nice thick plastic positioned far enough away from the heat that it stays cool for hassle free transportation.We love that this set comes with the folding grate AND slow n sear! We’ve been grilling/smoking every weekend and learning how to incorporate different flavors. Have received many compliments from neighbors wishing they could get a taste!I myself haven’t cleaned this beauty as my partner likes to do it. He says the cleaning is relatively easy, just a little time consuming. But that all depends on level of skill and how much grill is used.

Fantastic. Slow and sear insert has worked great for me , for both slow smoking ribs, and high heat searing. I love just rotating the grate to move on and off the high heat. Looks great. Was pretty quick and easy to assemble. I got a great price on prime day. I do notice, i cannot completely shut off air flow. So at the end of a cook, even if i close all vents, the coal will completely burn to ash eventually.

So the kettle is well made and has several things I think the Weber should have but don't. Like the four legs, spin grate, smoke hole, port hole, and thermometer location.But it's not perfect. It does have it's own set of problems. Mostly in that it's very incompatible with a lot of accessories.I've heard the viper controller won't work due to the four leg design.Also a lot of things that should fit in the rim don't due to the SNS kettle being slightly bigger than a Weber. I bought an Only Fire rotisserie / pizza oven combo that I had to return due to not fitting.Until someone makes some type of reducer ring, you are tied into accessories SNS makes like their own rotisserie. Other brands won't fit.The lid is also slightly lower than a Weber. This could be either an up or down depending on what you cook.Also the ash collector is way flimsier than I expected.

I'm really happy with this grill. I've cooked on it 20+ times in about 3 months and it's just so easy. The slow n sear basket makes indirect cooking setup fast and simple. The grates aren't showing any signs of rust, nor is the body. Cleaning it is easy, as is temp control. I originally purchased it for grilling mainly but now I also use it for smoking more often than my Weber Smokey Mountain because it's just so easy to setup.
