I heard Magnesium Glycinate helps with period pain. So far, it’s been easy on my stomach and easy to take. While I haven’t noticed a big difference yet, I’m optimistic that with continued use, it will provide some relief. Looking forward to seeing how it works over time!

Been taking these for a few months now and they have really worked well for me in several ways. Firstly, they’ve helped me sleep. Secondly, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my mood and I notice a real difference if I miss a couple, so I know they work. Thirdly and one I wasn’t expecting, they’ve helped enormously with my hormones.... I haven’t had a bad bout of pms since I began taking them. My mood is much more even. BIG thumbs up.I also bought some for my dad who has type 2 diabetes, and in all honesty, I was beginning to worry had the first stages of dementia. He’s a stubborn man and refuses to see the doctor. He has been deteriorating for a year or two and just sits watching tv... zero interest in much and has little conversation any more. Since taking magnesium, he’s really perked up which is fabulous. He’s chatting and reading again... I’m not touting this as a miracle cure lol, but within a week, my dad had improved and continues to do so.
