So sometimes around the mid 2000s spearmint just disappeared. My mom has been looking high n low for spearmint candy canes or anything spearmint and just nothing like it all disappeared. I did not like that it is too smooth and can slip down your throat very easily. The flavor was good but I have to be conscious of it in my mouth the whole time. Nearly choked once.

These mints may as well be an astringent in your mouth. Awful taste. Way too overpowering and tasted like chemicals. I don't know how anyone could enjoy these. Tried several in the bag to see if maybe just the one was bad. I had about five and spit them all out. Terrible. Not what I was expecting out of this whatsoever. My search for a sweet spearmint hard candy continues.
