This gadget is great whether you need it for home use, or traveling... This Alarm is a perfect gift idea to give to someone who goes camping, or someone you drives trucks for a living, and sometimes has to sleep in their truck. Pros: 1. Price 2. Can set 2 Alarms 3. Can set your alarm for weekdays, weekends, or all 7 days 4. Vibration tool works great. I was worried it would move around under my pillow, and I wouldn'tfeel it vibrate, so I put mine inside my pillow case and it worked perfectly. 5. Saves battery with a lock setting while in use. No need to worry about buttons being pressed when you are asleep while the lock is on. 6. Can set your alarm with both vibration, and sound, or choose one of the two, and they are both customizable. 6. Easy daylight savings button. 7. I've had this about a week, and battery is still full. Instructions say it can last up to 6 months on a full charge, also I received it fully charged so I haven't had to charge it at all yet. Cons. 1. Lettering on the back is a little hard to see in low lighting. Please note I purchased the black one. I did see other people post pictures of the white one and the lettering looks clear. 2. So many features you definitely have to read the instructions (Note: this is not really a con, I just put it here cause if you don't read the instructions it might be a bit confusing to operate - All the features are actually great) Other than that I still love this alarm. With its Vibration feature it wakes me up easily as I am hard of hearing from my right ear, and with its portability, and many other features I know I can take it anywhere and still be up on time anywday of the week... Even with the cons I have mentioned I am still happy with my purchase...

Bought this to not wake my partner and baby back in September and it's been about 2 months. Its easy to set and the snoozes help as I am a deep but more importantly a persistent sleeper. I charged it the day I got it and still shows full battery so I can verify other reviewer's claims. Its small.. I packed it in my European sized carry on for a trip recently and took up almost no space -- no guilt for bringing it. As far as the vibrating goes I always thought it was a bit weak but I just realized the 'high' setting is the first, not the last toggle, testing this tonight. As a tip, I toss and turn a lot and usually have my hands under my pillow most nights so I started looping the lanyard on my foot to make sure it was within reach. Its great!

I’ve been using this since August and it’s been amazing. My previous alarm clock was a sonic boom and the cord started to fray so I chose this as a replacement, and it doesn’t disappoint! My first alarm is vibration only and my 2nd alarm is vibrate with beeping sound. I can also adjust both vibration intensity and alarm loudness. The best place I found that works to put this in, is in my pillow case as far from the opening as possible to the other side. I’ve never had an issue with it coming out while sleeping. The battery lasts a looong time. I’ve only charged it 2 times since I’ve had it (3 months!) and there’s a battery indicator on the screen that lets me know when to charge it. I’d you need a serious alarm clock, this is it.

Update: I repurchased this item in black, hoping the first was defective. The new item is working well, vibrates, and holds a charge so far and doesn’t reset. So far I’m happy, though I wish it had worked the first time, and I didn’t have to go through the process of returning it. Thus, updating my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. First purchase: purple one. I left this to charge for a couple of hours, then went to set it up for the next morning. I set up the time, the alarm time, and went to test it to make sure it vibrated (I’m hearing impaired and travel a lot) but then it did not vibrate, but only beeped at me (which is no good because it’s high pitched and I have a high frequency hearing loss, plus it’s under your pillow and I wouldn’t be able to hear it). Then the whole timer blinked and reset. Totally defeats the purpose of an alarm clock. It wasn’t the battery, I think it’s defective. I am returning this one and ordered another one, and hoping this is just one defective item. One thing I wish this would do, is have a clip on the handle so I can clip it to my pillow. I’ll update my review when I get my new one, and see if that one works or not…I like that this holds a charge for 6 months, I can see it in the dark if needed, but if it doesn’t vibrate or hold the time…that’s a no-go.

If you really want to prank somebody by making them late to work every day, get them this. I'm shocked I'm still employed after the week I've had with this thing. Right off the bat, it's needlessly complicated. It could have followed the exact same design logic as those old nightstand alarm clocks they put in hotel rooms, but it's like they were out to reinvent the wheel with all these weird settings that no one would ever want. For example, it has an "on" mode, "off" mode, and "lock" mode. You can make changes to the alarm freely if it's not set to "lock." Why?? You can't do that on a desk clock. You have to deliberately hold buttons down to make changes, which is the way it should be because nobody wakes up at 5am with the level of hypervigilance this clock requires. You wake up smashing buttons. It should either be "off" or "on but you have to be really trying hard to change the settings." Another thing you can do if you aren't carefully babysitting this thing like a fresh newborn is switch it to daylight savings. It has a button *right there next to the snooze button* that can make you instantly one hour late for work like magic! And ANOTHER thing.... Why does it have a Monday-Friday setting, and a Saturday-Sunday setting? I asked myself one Wednesday morning why my 3 year old was waking me up before my alarm did. Well, the answer was that it was already 8am, I had already overslept by 2 hours, and the alarm was never going to go off anyways because it was on weekend mode. And like, I understand that alarms in general require a modicum of personal responsibility, but good grief! There is just so much that can go wrong with this thing! The cherry on top, and what prompted me to really lay into this, is that despite everything, I probably would have still carried on using it, having been burned by it so many times I've now I've become a seasoned pro. However, as I was waking up this morning (late, or course) and wondering "ugh,what NOW?" the first button I pushed broke inward into the body of the clock and is now unusable unless I stick a pencil in it. So even if you're a perfect genius who's never made alarm mistakes in your life, and are thinking "this alarm clock won't betray ME!" it will find a way, believe me.

Great little alarm clock! I generally wake up earlier than my wife. So, I was looking for a simple alarm that had a good vibration alert, that was enough to wake me up but not disturb her. I bought this alarm over a year ago and have only had to charge it once! I have the vibrate alert set at its lowest level and then attached some of those non scratch felt pads all over it so it wouldn't rattle to loudly on my nightstand. It is super reliable and I love the fact it doesn't have to be plugged in.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Just wanted to come by and drop a review. Exactly what I was looking for. Alarm clock with rechargeable battery that is loud and vibrates. In addition, the company was quite good wiht the warranty. From carrying it in my pocket, one of the buttons stopped working, and the company sent me a new one with next day shipping!
