Of course it was very well everything was working perfectly fine and I did drop it but its fine now and still works perfectly! Came right out the Amazon Renewed box with a charger and block. Of course you cant Transfer eSim because its a older phone but you know its actually a good phone to use every now and then. Only issue is it DOES get hot after a long time but doesnt every phone??

This phone was discontinued in 2018, and Samsung support ended in 2021. I discovered this when the phone gave me an error message that the Verizon Direct Protect security product (included with your service) was using way too much battery. After 6¾ hours with 6 or 7 Verizon "support," techs, I learned that Verizon Direct Protect no longer works on this phone. Well, then, the "Verizon unlocked" feature is irrelevant, isn't it? The phone itself, whole not an iPhone, is pretty good for what it is. But for home use, it's insecure and a little dangerous.

I like it packaged well comes with charger and the condition is pretty good for a refurbished phone

It isn't quite like my old one but I still like it and it will work for now. The quality of the screen is great and the weight is different. The battery life of Amazing!!

I was really hoping to replace the phone that I've had for a few years. (Galaxy S 8) When the phone finally arrived I noticed that the delivery person just threw it on my porch. I took it into my carrier to have it set up. I thought everything would be okay. Then it wouldn't make calls. The next day I brought it in to see if there was something they could do about it. I bought a new sim card and the same thing happened. I ended up by purchasing a new phone as I needed one very badly. The next day I came in to make sure they erased my Google account and found out during the time the phone was not powered up, the battery was dead. So it took awhile before things were erased. I really liked this phone. I think something may have happened during shipping or delivery. I sent it back today with the label I had to print out as well as the barcode that I was asked to place in the box.Thanks,Serena Santiago
