Love it for conditioning hair and works if you have a mass like a fluid build up behind the knee called a “bakers patch” and it makes them go away if you rub it on. Good inflammation topical remedy. Caster oil is a miracle.

I have really dry skin and i think it helps as a moisturizer or lotion, but not so much for hair though. The thickness and use of glass bottle are really appreciated.
