I have had some of these before and one of four went out after 3 years of heavy use. These were replacing the one that went out. Super bright about 10' above me. I have 4 in my 30x40 shop and they light it better than daylight

Been wanting to replace the aging F96T12 double tube fixture in my garage for a very long time and ran across these "UFO" style LED lights and thought they might be up to the task. Well, I was wrong and I was right. I was right about their capability, and I was wrong in thinking I would need two of them for my 20' x 25' two car garage. Turns out I only needed one! Totally blows the fluorescent out of the water and it only took one to do it. Now I can see significantly further into the corners than ever before. It did take a little bit of electrical work to turn the power at the old fixture location into a standard duplex outlet so I could plug the new light in, but it didn't take long at all (fortunately, I like electrical work.) The only recommendation I have is to mount it as high up as you can without putting it above your rafters. These are "high bay" models designed to hang from pretty high ceilings, so you'll want to place them at a level where the beams will spread the widest for the best coverage. Recommended.

These lights are very easy to install. They have a hook that you can hook over a nail or in my case a metal support in my shed. There is also a safety cable to wrap around a something, just in case the hook comes off whatever you connected it to.The only drawback is that you cannot connect these lights to say motion sensors controls or smart outlet or smart switch. The LEDs stay on at a very dim setting. So, these lights MUST be connected to an old fashion mechanical switch. For this reason, I could only get these lights a 4-star rating.

Perfect lighting for my she shed

Put these in the center row of another brand of 100 watt high bay ufo leds. This makes 12 total! They are twice as bright and in fact I could probably take down the other 8 and be satisfied with just these 4. I’m impressed and had to check to make sure they were only 100 watt, and I just hope they have good longevity! Good quality light.

My husband removed some old bay lights and put these up instead. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!So very bright! We can finally see everything in our barn.
