This is "egg-cellent". If you are looking an egg ring that is a copycat of McDs, this is it. Like others are saying, it is exactly like the egg/texture of them. Simply, let the rings warm up on the griddle pan, spray with cooking spray (or add butter), crack eggs with a little stire, cover and finally add water. That's it. By the time the water is gone, your eggs are done.

This makes the fluffiest eggs, just the right size, and they slide right out with no stick. My only caution is you might need a 12 " pan. My 10" pan has a bottom just a 1/4" too small for the top to fight snugly. I'm sure it just depends on the shape of the pans. A griddle would probably work nicely. Most perfect round eggs just right for a muffin.

My husband loves using this for eggs in a breakfast sandwich. Cleans up nice. Worked perfectly and it’s been easy to use, so we have used it multiple times every week now. The egg doesn’t leak at all and doesn’t stick k to the sides much. It’s the perfect size for our sandwiches and is well put together.

The main reason I ordered this is because I wanted stainless steel metal rings like they have at the restaurant. This comes with a stainless steel cover however the rings are some type of plastic. They have not melted yet but I am not thrilled to have spent this much money on plastic rings again.

make sure to use some sort of oil,or Ghee-prefered to rings and after rings down on medium heat flat skillet,add ghee/oil inside of ring and deposit egg.Wait a few minutes then place dome over eggs and fill shot steel/glass with water.it steams and cooks eggs at top,thats for egg mcmuffins etc.I added cheese and onions to eggs so they did like omellete on toast.

Not happy with the stainless steel powder PTFE rings, but to be fair they won't leach like a pan due to the fact you are not scrapping them. I cook on cast iron and a ring touching the sides for a few minutes is not gonna matter in the long run. Also if you don't over heat them then it is 💯 safe to use.

The product idea seems very innovative and I am sure it can get the job done, however there is a caveat, where the seller apparently claims that the rings contain steel in them, yet the ring bends and retracts like plastic, hence it is most likely plastic. If you are okay with this, go for it, if you are looking for an option with actual steel rings, this may not be for you.

I don't leave many reviews, but with this product I want to. It does exactly what it looks like it does, it does it very well and eggs cook quickly, cleanly and it allows me to get my morning protein in very quickly after my workouts so I can get on with the rest of my day. I use this system on a large flat griddle to perfect results. I am glad I bought one of these.

Works really well for eggs that need to go on English muffins.
