Ideal shock leader for 'safe casting' of 3-6oz leads
Ideal shock leader for beach casting. minimum breaking strain I use for both mine and public safety when casting 3-6oz leads. I use 30lb mainline. I use at least 2x rod length (main rod is 13ft greys beach caster). Good knot hold and easy to tie common fishing knots. I also use 'trace body' in my fishing rigs.
