Sloppily written
I'm an ex-believer of Abraham but I cannot see beyond how awfully this book is written. It's extremely repetitious. By repetitious I mean the author copied and pasted some paragraphs several times. This whole book is a collection of sloppily written blogs. In one page, the author misspelled heal as "heel. Not to mean, the author believes that earlier what Esther transcribes was Abraham but later it was diluted by Jerry's marketing ideas. If you no longer believe in law of attraction or if you have any decency to read a valuable piece of non-fiction, do not buy this.

Here is someone who doesn't understand commerce.
You blast the Hicks for using commerce to spread their word. The way I decide if someone is delivering useful information is if it resonates with me. As far as Esther being a clairvoyant, I'm don't know. But what she does say makes a lot of sense in general for good living. No one would know about Esther if Jerry didn't market her. I found that out when I was a Realtor. No one could buy from me if they didn't know I existed. What Jerry and Esther did was make sure that anyone who was interested would know how to follow them. That is the way of the world my friend. It's unfortunate that you the author got hung up on a few things that stuck in your craw. I went to India in the 70s and had a Guru, the young 14 year old boy that come to the states in 1972. When the internet took off, I was shocked at all the people who tried to defame him. What he was giving worked for me, and still does over 50 years later. Those poor people missed the point. They were so hung up on his looks, his culture, whatever it was, his popularity, that they couldn't even see what he was offering. These people, my Guru and Esther and Jerry, are not saying, "Hey, I'm perfect, follow me." Not at all. These folks are people dedicated to sharing their message, their Knowledge. That is all. And then you come along and write a book you hope you will sell, hum, make money off of your negative take. Shame on you dear author. What is really happening is that you feel slighted by the humanness of the people you put on a pedestal. If you don't like their message, move on. However there are many who have changed their lives for the better because of Esther's message. Esther and Jerry wrote worthy books that inspired and gave direction. Of course that had to be marketed. They earned the money from their efforts. It's not easy to write books to start with. Seminars are not free when there is conference room rent, etc. Would anyone follow them if they gave everything away and lived as poor people? I think not, especially when they are supporting the law of attraction. They showed us how it works by self example. They live in beautiful homes, a desire we all have. They followed their own lessons. What is the harm in that? What is the deception in that? They are out there, pumping it out, putting in the time, writing what they have figured out. Good for them, thumbs down to you.

Incomplete, Repetitive Debunking
I learned that Tracey is Esther's biological daughter. I learned about some of the other people involved in the Abraham-Hicks organization which was interesting to me. The author did not sway me to think less of either Esther, Jerry and certainly not Abraham. It seems he doesn't understand that Jerry's transition returned him to the Pure Positive Energy that is Source. It is natural in my mind that Esther and Jerry remain connected despite his no longer occupying a physical body. The author seems to discount that possibility. He also focuses on a number of trivial "facts" that to me are irrelevant but to him debunk years of revelation. I'm glad he found in Abraham the same beautiful resonance I experience regularly when I listen to the recordings and read the books. Joy is, in fact, the purpose. It was funny when one of his articles was nitpicking that not everyone's purpose is joy, that many enJOY other aspects of the buffet of life. What he missed in his own writing was how he used the word ENjoy to describe this. That was revelatory.

Author misses the point of Abraham-Hicks. He has his own agenda.
I feel this author is missing the teaching of Abraham-Hicks. AH has helped so many people to enjoy life and find the fun, the joy, the beauty, the love, etc in life. The stradegies they have shared have given people wonderful ways of living in this world.

Sunlight's Not Good for Abraham Hicks
Not a book for anyone who has bought so deeply into the cult that facts no longer matter.
