High quality, only problem was fit for me
I regretted returning these because of all the moisture chamber sleep glasses I tried, these were the best in terms of fit and quality. They would have fit perfectly for another member of my household, but I'm the one that needs them and they were off just enough that I would not have been able to sleep in them, or get a tight enough around the eyes. But I would still highly recommend someone that needs these to give them a try. If you get a good fit, the will be great. The strap is wide enough that you don't feel like it's cutting in to you. The eye cups are as soft and flexible as possible while still providing the moisture chamber required. If you are currently using the stiffer plastic goggles, these will feel like a dream. But of course, without the right fit, they could inhibit sleep.

It seems to help with dry eye
I always use a sleep mask, but I have problems with dry eye that seem to be getting worse. Drops alone didn’t help. My optometrist said my eyelids open just enough at night for my eyes to dry out. This mask seems to be helping if I put eyedrops in first. When I take it off, there’s moisture droplets in there. It completely blocks out light. I don’t know how well this would work for side sleepers. I tend to stay on my back. I took off a star for comfort. The silicone is soft and feels nice against my skin. But, it has to be on pretty tight to make a good seal. It irritates the sides of my nose, where my glasses sit. It also leaves a big mark across the bridge of my nose, where the connecting piece is. The strap placement is a little odd for me. To get the mask positioned over my eyes properly, the strap digs into the top of my ear a bit. I usually end up twisting the strap over each ear so that the edge isn’t riding there, but that makes it looser. I probably will end up switching out the strap somehow. Not a huge deal, but for the price, I didn’t think I would have to do any MacGyvering.

NEW AND IMPROVED!!
So I bought my 2nd pair of these this week, and wow I'm so happy they changed the bridge over the nose. The old ones we're ok but now that they changed this they're perfect. I too am a Cpap user and these keep my eyes from drying out from the air flow. I also wear contacts and the dry eye symptoms from contacts has improved as well. I love the head band that they use also, comfortable, adjustable, elastic and quality with a wide width..stitched on the the silicone. Not sure about the negative reviews I've seen on here, but these work great for me! If I had to complain about anything it would be that they are a little pricey. But the last one lasted me over a year and I still have it..also can be washed with soap and water. They fit well and there's even little droplets of water on the inside, in the morning when I take them off..I highly recommend!

Painful and not worth it
Didn’t work for me. Digs into ears and nasal bridge. My eyes still were dry when I awoke. Not the best seal around eyes. Overall very disappointed.

It's ok
Not bad. Keeps my eyes from drying out when I sleep. But not the most comfortable eye mask that I've used. The Onyx is better but too expensive.

A little pricy, but worth it!
Wake up with absolutely NO cold in your eyes!? Who knew!? The CPAP machine was causing so much irritation and this stops it in it's tracks! It blocks all the air that blows from the venting holes in the mask or if there's a leak. Plus, it forms a perfect seal around your eyes! I don't sleep without it! Just clean the condensation in the morning, and you're good. I didn't even know eyes made that kinda heat! 😆 We're talking pitch black! My sleep has improved IMMENSELY!

The first sleep mask for my dry eyes that actually works.
I honestly want to cry. I’ve been dealing with dry eyes for about 1.5 years. The mornings have always been the worst time for my symptoms. I was told I sleep with my eyelids slightly open, which dries out my eyes. I literally tried every method and eye mask to help prevent those horrible morning symptoms (extreme dryness, burning, discomfort, etc.) including the Glad Press N Seal technique, TranquilEyes and the BlinkJoy Eye mask for examples. I am a side sleeper and none of these methods worked or felt comfortable. I would rip them off in my sleep. This MyHalos eye mask is the first one I’ve actually found comfortable and effective. The relief I feel is actually astounding. It doesn’t completely erase my symptoms but it dramatically improves them and for that, I am so immensely thankful. I wake up with little beads of moisture in the mask. For added effectiveness, I spray the inside of the mask with water before sleeping, along with my Ivizia nighttime eye gel. Thank you, thank you, thank you for creating this. I’m tempted to buy 10 of them so I can have them for the rest of my life. Please continue to always make these. They have already improved my sleep quality and quality of life within a few nights.

Strap inadequate
They work really well to help keep your eyes from drying out while you're sleeping.. but the strap wears out very easily. It loses its stretch. And you have to keep it just to get and at some point you're sleeping on the 'buckle' part. If they had a better strap this would have gotten five stars

Keep the eyes fresh, but it's not comfortable if you are a side sleeper. Edges are hard around the eyes.

These goggles are great for not only keeping the eyes moist through the night, but also for blacking out the room - really helps with the sleep! They are light and comfortable while on as well. Good price in comparison so some competitors.

As seen in the picture, they do kept humidity inside. Bonus point, it also fits with a cpap. I use an undernose cpap and I have no issue with wearing both. -1 because they are not really comfortable. You have to tight them quite a bit for them to stick to your face and by doing so you lose comfort. You get use to it though. You can loose them up a bit but if your a side sleeper they will move if not tight enough.

as a side/front sleeper this is useless, it sucks your eyeballs you physically cant sleep in it, ive got a few myhalos products and usually there pretty on point, this would be fine for back sleepers, i get the principle of retaining moisture but i think if they added some vent holes so they dont suck your eye balls when compressed it would be far more comfortable for side sleepers while still retaining more moisture than not wearing one, personally i like there soft sleep mask but again that compresses against the eye if you sleep on side front, they could use a hard cover inserted between the layers to provide protection from eye compression when laying on front.
