I have gastroparesis and sometimes my butt gets so raw. So raw it’s painful to sit. This product is a lifesaver. Within 24 hours of putting it on (a couple times a day) the rawness and pain went away and I could sit with ease. Even though it’s expensive a little goes a long ways. It doesn’t burn going on the raw skin. There is no applicator so you need to wash your hands, put a little bit on your finger, apply, then, wash your hands throughly (Or maybe use a Q-tip? It is a little awkward if you have hand/arm mobility issues but I figured out a way to do it). (I use Preparation H wipes first before applying the cream to make sure I am clean down there. The wipes are also soothing.)

Very helpful cream. The pain was so bad that it kept me from sleeping or sitting for too long. It takes a while to shrink the inflamed tissues, but the pain numbing part of this medicine is the best! I didn’t need to use much of it per application either, so it’s a good value.

For my mom, this is the best cream for hemorrhoids. She's used several, but none like this one; it's truly excellent.

Why did I wait so long to get this??? My pain and discomfort went from a 10 😫 to a 3 😀 within 20 minutes. For what it is, it’s easy enough to apply, and I like that the tube is on the smaller side compared to the standard Prep H ointment. I just throw it in my bag and take it with me! I experienced no burning sensation on contact, only the wonderful soothing effects and the ease of pain. Recommend!!

My hemorrhoids were terrible postpartum and super painful. This cream did help numb the pain a little but I could still feel the irritation. I ended buying the Walmart brand of this which worked better in my opinion. The container for this isn’t very big for twenty something dollars so I don’t think it’s worth it for the money. But I would buy it again if I had no other choice

Does its job. Effective, relieves pain and itch. Not greasy and easy to use.

The product isn't for throat relief but instead for a more intimate area as noted by the title. The product performs as expected and worked well for me.
