Compatible with TP-link
Bought one to use in a TP link sg2210-mp, after a few months of solid performance, I bought 1 more, and then 2 more for back up just in case. No issues with performance or heat so far.

Useless - Falsely advertised to work with Supermicro!
I wanted to give this item ZERO stars, but the lowest option is a single star. I recently bought two Supermicro 2U servers with their "SIOM LAN Support". The SIOM card in these systems has two SFP+ ports. I bought these SFP+ RJ45 transceivers specifically for this application. Unfortunately I took me until now to figure out that what is at fault is these transceivers! I had a run of bad luck including an immaculately looking Xeon processor being dead. However, after trying unRAID, TrueNAS Scale and Windows 10 it is no apparent that these RJ45 transceivers are NOT compatible with Supermicro. Unfortunately by now more than a month has passed, so I am out out $160 and have four completely useless paper weights to show for it! Explicitly advertising these transceivers to be compatible with Supermicro is FALSE ADVERTISING. Given that fact, I would not trust any of the other claims regarding compatibility and could not recommend this product to anyone! You have been warned. Pay extra and get an Intel SFP+ transceiver - don't get suckered in by the cheap price, because if/when it doesn't work you're still going to have to buy the more expensive transceivers anyway!

Save money buying this compared to getting another switch.
Works great. Bought 2 of these to add to my POE switch. Saved me from having to buy another switch.

XZSNET 1000BASE-SX SFP Transceiver, 1.25G SFP to LC Multimode Fiber Module 2 Pack
Works as expected and perfectly. Inexpensive module works with EdiMax Pro, Mokerlink and TRENDnet switches for certain.

They work installed on a Cisco switch and a YuLinca switch.
I bought these to make use of a pair of SFP ports on a Cisco switch and another on a YuLinca switch. They worked in both cases, were easy to install and recognized out of the box and worked well with no operational issue. I did not like how hot they get. They get hot to the touch, over 100F. I have never handled SFP's that get this hot. That being said, they have not failed and work as described. In my YuLinca switch, they are being used to connect two 2.5Gb/s Ethernet ports. Throughput tested correctly, the SFP handles the 2.5Gb with no added latency or packet drop. I remain concerned about the heat issue, as I expect that to affect their long-term reliability. I mean, if they get hot to the touch, imagine how much more hot they get inside. That being said, I still have them in service in my home and have not had negative issues with them. ***UPDATE, to 4 stars - excellent communication with the seller*** The seller kindly got back to me about my temperature observation. They explained that the module employs the Marvell AQR113C chip, which delivers more performance and stability but consumes slightly more power than common alternatives. It was also stated that high-quality thermal pads are applied both inside the module and around the chip to ensure effective heat dissipation. Plus they have a two-year warranty should issues arise.

If you need copper on an SFP port, this is it!
I needed another copper port on a switch with the only open port being an SFP port. This worked fine in an Adtran switch so it should work in a Cisco switch or compatible as long as the switch OS is up to date. That's the only caveat. If you have an older switch it might not allow a copper port in an SFP slot, so best to check OS firmware for use.

Low cost but functioning well
Worked well for video streaming with a very affordable cost vs brand name one such as AJA SFP.

Review: XZSNET 10GBASE-SR SFP+ Transceiver (2 Pack) Model: XZSNET 10GBASE-SR SFP+ Transceiver, 10G SFP+ to LC Multimode Fiber Module Compatibility: Compatible with Cisco SFP-10G-SR, Ubiquiti UniFi UF-MM-10G, Mikrotik S+85DLC03D, Meraki, Netgear, D-Link, and other Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) compliant equipment. The Perfect Partner for Home 10Gb Fibre Networking The search for reliable, cross-compatible, and budget friendly SFP+ transceivers for a new 10 Gigabit switch can be a minefield. Many switches, including my new goalake (or similar generic brand) unit, are notoriously selective about the optics they accept. These XZSNET 10GBASE-SR modules immediately eliminated any compatibility concerns, providing a truly plug and play experience. Performance and Reliability My core requirement was simple: a rock solid, error free 10 Gigabit connection. These transceivers delivered immediately. * Flawless Speed: The modules established a continuous, full 10 Gigabit per second link. Through extensive file transfers and network stress tests, the connection remained completely stable, achieving the theoretical maximum throughput without any packet loss or connection drops. * Exceptional Stability Under Load: To properly test the reliability of the link, I performed a substantial, sustained data transfer, pushing over 500 gigabytes of data from one computer to another, and then immediately back again. The entire process completed perfectly, without a single error, dropped connection, or speed fluctuation. This demonstrates the transceiver's ability to maintain rock solid performance under heavy, prolonged network load. * Real World Distance Test: My fibre run is 60 metres of OM3 multimode cable, which is well within the 300 metre standard for this type of transceiver. At this distance, the connection performance was exceptional. The use of the standard 850 nanometre wavelength and LC duplex connector meant installation into the fibre patch cable was instantaneous. * Zero Handshake Issues: The transceivers were instantly recognised and accepted by the switch, lighting up immediately and establishing a link with the module on the far end. For anyone worried about using third party optics with a switch that often expects expensive name brand modules, these generics function perfectly by using the required MSA coding for broad compatibility. The Technical Details and Value Proposition The "SR" in 10GBASE-SR stands for Short Reach, making this module type the ideal choice for any home or small office network running multimode fibre. * Technology: These are multimode fibre modules, specifically designed to run over OM3 or OM4 cable, offering up to 300 metres of 10 Gigabit connectivity over OM3. This combination is far more cost effective for shorter runs than single mode alternatives. * Hot Swappable: As expected with SFP+ modules, these are hot swappable, allowing you to add or remove them without having to power down your network equipment, which is a small but useful feature during setup. * Cost Effectiveness: Buying a two pack of these generics offers phenomenal value compared to the price of a single equivalent OEM module. They provide the same 10Gb per second performance and adherence to the necessary IEEE 802.3ae standard for a fraction of the cost, making 10 Gigabit networking accessible to enthusiasts. Final Verdict The XZSNET 10GBASE-SR SFP+ transceivers are an unreserved recommendation for anyone building out a 10 Gigabit home lab or network using multimode fibre. They are the perfect, non fussy solution for switches that can be sensitive to third party hardware, providing reliable, continuous, and high speed 10Gb per second connectivity out of the box. They are a genuinely rock solid product.

Works great on my Brocade ICX7750, yet to try on the 7250. Even negotiates down to 1Gb which is awesome in the event that I need a gigabit connection. Temps seemed stable at 1Gb, 5 Gb and 10Gb but my switch has loads of airflow over the SFP cages so your milage may vary.
