I cannot live without this piercing pillow. It is firm but comfortable. It retains its shape very well, even after washing. I do wish they would design a more high quality pillowcase cover, even sold separately that is made of better material but regardless, this makes a world of difference for new piercings. The center hole is a perfect size to keep your ear safe. Great value for the money! It is small enough that it’s easy to take when you travel, which I appreciate. And if just like to mention that I have purchased a second one - for when the other is in the washer. Because it’s a high quality memory foam, it does take quite a while to dry.

As a side sleeper with a new daith piercing, this was an excellent purchase! The healing time can take up to one year and I am no longer forced to sleep on my back or my right side only for that long of a time! The thickness of the pillow and size of the hole are just right. Based on reviews of similar products, I read that many might say that it is too close or far to be comfortable, but the offset hole on this one makes it more customizable for different individuals. I like that you can also use it as a regular pillow too. I chose the larger size because I read reviews that it was more like a travel pillow which I know is not what I was looking for. The density may be slightly firm compared to my other pillows, but honestly I believe it is necessary to support my head while keeping the weight off of my piercing. Like most memory foam products, it does have a weird smell but I imagine it will go away over time. So far, no soreness or irritation on my ear! I am looking forward to hopefully a faster and smoother healing time and can’t wait to be able to change my jewelry!

Thought it was going to be a full size pillow. It is definitely not. The hole is a little high on the pillow so it takes a second to reposition my head to fit my ear. Otherwise love the memory foam texture its really comfortable especially for new piercings.

I got the large and it's a pretty standard size pillow. I have no idea how they got it into the travel case and not sure I'd be able to get it back in easy, but I don't really care to travel with this pillow. I love the memory foam and found the pillow comfortable and fit my ear perfectly to where I didn't bother any of my piercings and was still able to sleep well in. It worked perfectly and would definitely reccomend to people for piercing and ear pain uses. Definitely worth the money if you get piercings often or have another need for it.

I have a new conch, a daith, two forward helixes & one lobe piercing & I'm a side sleeper (and I’m crazy but I did them all at the same time so they could all heal at the same time). I didn’t want to go through multiple months of healing one piercing just to get another & do the same thing. A travel pillow was just hurting my neck. I tried two other “piercing pillows” and they were too flat (my ear would touch the pillow underneath) & the pillow opening for your ear was too small (my ear would touch the pillow) and it would hurt my ears. This pillow I swear by. The opening is larger so your ear fits in without it touching at all and it is more supportive. I bought the larger option & the hole for your ear is not directly in the middle, it’s a little offset so you can put your heard down like you would with a normal pillow & your ear with sit in the opening & your head doesn’t constantly feel like it’s going to roll off like with the smaller piercing pillows. I have already recommended this to two people with new cartilage piercings. I was pierced 1 1/2 months ago and I have no pain. I clean with saline twice a day & use this pillow religiously. The cost is a drop in a bucket compared to your sleep not being interrupted due to pain. I got the larger size & it does actually feel really cool to touch. I use a satin pillow case over it so I can wash that every week instead of actually having my face directly against the pillow & I still have room with the pillow case pushed down in the opening. It is 1,000% worth the money!!!

Best pillow ever! It is very comfortable and the hole keeps my ear safe. I will most likely keep using this pillow even after my ear piercing is healed

I'm giving this pillow with cutout 4 out of 5 stars. It serves an important medical purpose for my family. I purchased this pillow for my mother who has dementia and is unable to turn herself in bed. This was causing pressure sores to develop on her ear from lying on one side for extended periods. The pillow's design allows me to position her ear in the cutout area, which effectively prevents the pressure that was causing the sores. From a functional standpoint, this pillow works exactly as intended. The cutout is the right size and depth, and it has definitely helped prevent further pressure injuries. The pillow itself seems well-made and maintains its shape. However, I'm taking off one star because of an issue with the pillowcase situation. I have to push the pillowcase down into the cutout area, which doesn't look very neat and doesn't stay in place well. It would be much better if there were some kind of specially designed cover or insert that could properly line the cutout area and stay in place. Despite this minor issue, I'm grateful this product exists and serves such an important healthcare need. For anyone dealing with similar pressure sore prevention needs, this pillow does work effectively. I just wish there were better accessories available to make it more user-friendly.

多少お値段するので買うのに迷いましたが、この枕を買って大正解でした！ とにかく耳が圧迫されなくてピアス開けたばかりでも痛くない！寝やすくて最高！ ピアスを開けて痛みで寝返りが打てない人や横向いて寝る人は絶対買った方が良いですよ！ 首が短い人は穴の位置が耳と合わない(特に耳たぶ側が当たりやすい)かもしれないから要注意です！

This works well to prevent me laying on my piercings, but don't wear clawsets, it catches on the fabric of the pillow. If your piercings are smooth you'll be fine

This product is really exactly what you see advertised, it serves its purpose. I bought it to help heal new piercings, and now I can lie on my left side without worrying about pain and disfiguring my piercings. It’s soft memory foam, expands after removing from the package (takes about 20 minutes), and is very comfortable.

Excelente almohada para cuidar tus piercings, al principio es un poco incómoda pero te acostumbras a usarla además es mucho mejor que usar una de esas almohadas para el cuello.

Got this for my ear piercing that did not like the fact it was being slept on. After using this for a couple weeks the piercing bump is almost gone. The memory foam is amazing and it's a great pillow. If I had one complaint I just wish it was normal pillow size.
