I ordered this ornament for my daughter, who recently lost her dog of 13 years, for Christmas. It came on time and looked really nice but there was a small typo on it. I contacted the seller immediately and they offered to send me a corrected ornament immediately! Great customer service and the product came quickly, was corrected and looked lovely, both my daughter and I were pleased with both the ornament and the excellent service!! Highly recommend!!!!
