Not Cheap but worth it
This is the only hair brand I will use now, and I have used every brand out there. It doesn't strip or damage my hair. My hair is the softest and healthiest it has ever been since starting using this brand about a year ago.

Amika Soul Food alone as conditioner is the way to go
This stuff seems to strip my hair. Buy the soul food, water it down by half, and use it as conditioner instead.

Greasy on fine hair
I have fine hair, but a lot of it. I used this for a couple of weeks before I noticed that it doesn't rinse out very well and makes my hair greasy. I try to wash my hair 1-2 times a week, my hair would be greasy after 1 day. The worst was the last time I used it, my hair was so greasy and coated after blow drying that I had to use dry shampoo on my freshly washed hair.I love amika products and have been happy with all the other ones I've tried but this just isn't it. If you have fine hair this probably isn't for you. I'm just bummed it took me so long to figure it out and can't return it, I just threw away half of what I had left. Oh well.
