It is not at all sturdy. Would never recommend it for painting purpose. Adequate to use as a stand for a light weight board. The stand by itself is not sturdy. Wobbles easily. The height is not adequate. I purchased 6ft one. But it is not even 5ft. The horizontal metal bar is very delicate and bends on slightest pressure. The stand wont serve a purpose if you keep a board on it to write or canvas for painting. Because such action will topple.the stand as a whole.

Nice functional product steardy,lightweight and cost-effective

The stand is totally worth it for the price, it's sturdy enough to hold canvas and even photo frames. And the best part is the customer support. I got the stand delivered and was having some issues for that I contacted the brand directly the issue was solved very easily. Totally recommended. You might get the same thing from other brands or sellers but won't get the service GRANDINK provides..!!

Unfortunately the leg bent almost immediately. If you got anything vaguely heavy maybe use a different product

Bought the larger 5kg one and the retainers for the tray that holds the canvas simply do not stay in place and start sliding shown with a weight o less than 5 kg on them. Its also not steady enough to use a canvas on it without supporting it with the other hand.Amazon's replacement only policy doesn't help at all as one wouldn't buy such a product if one had seen it in store. The whole difference with buying online is you buy something without knowing how the product actually looks or performs and thus should be returnable on account of poor performance.What am I going to do with a replacement of an item that's not been designed properly to begin with?

You can simply put white board on it for display intention. If you are teacher or want to use in meeting it's not good for them it's very light weight, failed for bit load if I write on board putting on this stand.
