Mr. Popper's Penguins (DVD + Digital Copy)

enjoyed the film.

My 10 year old son enjoyed watching this movie and I’d recommend it.The movie is quite old as it was made in 2011, but it still has that contemporary feel to it.Russia broadcasted this movie for free last week and I can view it on my box for another two weeks.I had to rent the English language version so that my family could watch it in the English language. I feel a bit as if we’ve been mugged :). Such an old movie ought to be included with Amazon Prime (or Netflix) at no extra charge.By the way the daughter of Mr Popper (Janie Popper/Madeline Carroll) spoke so fast with an American accent in one particular scene that even native English people couldn’t catch up every word she was saying to her dad, eg where she complained about her boyfriend. May be there is something wrong with the speed of the sound track and the speech/sound wasn’t as clear in two other places perhaps because of the muffled sound. These are minor issues and overall this is a good family movie.

I bought it for my 4 year old grandson who is obsessed with penguins and it hasn’t failed to entertain him and is now his favourite movie

Bought for a family gift to cheer everyone up with all the bad news going around and Bought a second copy for us to and yes it worked its magic for everybody

All good.

All the family enjoyed this film, great watch very funny and emotional at times. A must see
