Update 7/31/23: Company sent a new set of handles and hardware, as well as an extra shelf. There was a mixup of my neighbor picking up the package with the handles and hardware while i was out of town, but I just got them. The original handle that was damaged just disintegrated when I removed it to put on the new one. It is now in 3 pieces. I don't know if it was just faulty or why it came apart like that. It makes me leary of the replacement or the other handle doing the same. I still love the cabinet. I do believe the company was trying to make it right. It's just difficult to have to go through Amazon, and wait for them to contact the seller and get a response, instead of contacting the seller directly. Now, I dont know how to tell the seller that I did receive the handles and hardware, since my neighbor brought it over this afternoon. Hopefully, I'll get many years of use out of the cabinet. Just an FYI, no extra shelf holders/pegs/supports are included beyond what's needed for the included shelves *(So be careful and don't lose any), and the kind this cabinet takes can be found no where. I'm glad they sent some with the replacement handle. Picture was taken before adding the extra shelf, but it gives you an idea thar you can fit a lot in here. My reason for a metal cabinet was to be able to hang things from magnetic hooks and add magnetic shelves on the side.Update 7/10/2023: I removed one star. While I still like the cabinet after having it a few weeks, I must say that there is absolutely no way to contact customer service for Paofin. Even the paperwork with the cabinet provides no contact information. I asked a question above if I could purchase an extra shelf, to which the reply was "yes, just contact us." However, there is no way to contact them. Additionally, the handle on one of the doors came off when I opened the cabinet the other day. I believe it is a faulty handle and need it replaced, as the inner part of the handle where the screw connects just came out of the handle completely. Again, there is no way to contact the company for a replacement part. Amazon is reaching out. I'll update based on what I hear in the next few days.Original Review:The cabinet was boxed nicely with corner protectors made of metal. At first, I thought they were part of the cabinet, as they seem to be of the same material, but they are just to keep the product safe. The package is HEAVY! I'm glad I worked from home on delivery day, as the FedEx lady could hardly get it off the truck by herself. I had to help her carry it to the door and slide it inside.Upon pulling out each panel, I was impressed by the smooth, clean look and condition. The cabinet would have taken half the time to put together had the instructions included written information and not just pictures. There were a few times that it took me at least 10 minutes to figure out what I needed to do. I will say that the holes were all drilled all the way through, as that's a problem I've had with putting together furniture in the past. Sometimes the holes took a little bit of work to align, as the cabinet is large to put together by yourself, which I did. One of the best things about putting the cabinet together is no door hinges to deal with! It has a pivot system that only requires insertion of a pin in the bottom hole for the door and then there's a piece built into the top of the doors that just needs pulled over to the hole at the top and it will pop out. You can push the top pin down if needed to align and slide into the hole in the top of the cabinet. That's it for the door. The hard part was figuring out what to do with the top pins, since the instructions are really vague, and I hadn't seen this type of system before. Now that I have, I think all self-assemble furniture with doors should use this system. It also just looks so clean and requires no adjustment.When the cabinet was complete, it fit right in the area that I'd intended and measured for. I bought it to use as a pantry cabinet in my utility room. It really looks great. The handles are also sleek and will look good in either a modern or traditional setting. I was worried at first about not getting the shelves where I wanted them the first time and having to adjust them, as some cabinets have shelf supports that are really hard to insert and remove. These are so easy and there are a ton of options all along the sides for various heights for the shelves. I do wish there were another shelf or two, since I'm using it for mostly small pantry items. I messaged the company yesterday to see if I could buy more. Otherwise, I'll have to use shelf risers to try to organize my items. I did find that many of my shelf risers don't work well, as there is a small gap at the back of the shelves (maybe a quarter inch) that the legs of the risers will fall through. I'm still working on getting everything organized, but I think that this will be great for organizing my pantry items, and it looks great.

Restarting this review as I misunderstood the pieces involved - that was my mistake. The box did arrive completely mangled, but product inside was so well packed that there were no issues with the item itself.Very easy to build and quite solid. Great storage and the finish is nice. Color is great. Happy with the purchase and the seller's packing.

This pantry was easier for me to load in my car & in my wagon to carry to my apartment by myself. Wood would have been too heavy. This piece was easy to assemble & the directions were accurate. The metal was perfectly packed & clean, there wasn't anything bent. Very happy with this product.

It was so easy to assemble! The instructions are clear. It looks like wood which i love . It goes so perfectly with my vanity. It looks super cute ! It's sturdy. I would 100% buy this than a cheap wood one.. it came in with NO scratches and NO dents!

I bought one to use as furniture on an interim basis, thinking they would be a step up from the plastic drawers I got since my temporary living situation had been ongoing for seven years.I had medium expectations. I planned to purchase one to see how it would look.I planned to order an additional number to upgrade the look of my temporary digs. Because i didn't have anyone to put them together for me and the time it took to put them together, I did not order any more. However, I am working to find a company that put together other items I purchased through amazon and if I can find someone, I will come back and get the additional 4 I always wanted.I have had the one for at least 7-8 months and love it. It can really pack in stuff. More than I expected. I still love its looks. If I were to change anything, I would lay make it with fewer parts and make the gold handles a softer gold.I did receive a slightly damaged box, as other people mentioned, but it didn't cause damage to the cabinet. I can see how it might show damage on the darker model.I love their look and feel. Calling the steel grade heavy is a slight misstatement. I'd call it sturdy or medium. Certainly, for my purposes, it is fine.I think the brass handles might tarnish in the future, so I plan to try to fix them or be prepared to replace them if I can't. But the handles, IMHO, were what drew me to it. That made them stand out as classy-looking.One suggestion to the manufacturer: Put some holes in the back of these cabinets to make them usable for storing electronic equipment as well.Updated Info: While the company had a great video to help you put the cabinet together, it was really time-consuming and there were a ton of tiny pieces. Another suggestion I have is to partner with some companies in the US that upon purchase, you can select to book one and then when the box arrives, you can schedule the company to come over and put it together. I've done that with other furniture I've ordered from Amazon in the past. The cost is above and beyond the furniture fee and is totally born out by the customer. I suggest they work with Amazon to figure this out. I'd buy additional cabinets if they'd do that. But I don't have any interest in dealing with that on my own end.
