Just finished shooting, did a thick coat with the flake and three coats of clear on top using a 1.4 gun tip and it came out incredible. Got a little heavy handed pouring the flake into the mix but that’s on me lol. Have one car black base coat/red flake and another I’ll be painting with this same style flake black/gold flake. Will post more pics. Obviously will be buying again 🤙🏼

Do some test spots on cardboard or something...Will change the look of the color paint...

THIS STUFF IS GREAT! Pictures just can't capture how great these flakes helped my wheels look in person. I bought medium blue, and tiny silver flakes, mixed 1/2 teaspoon of blue and 1/4 of blue into 4 oz of clear coat, and sprayed two coats sandwiched between 2 regular coats before and a 2 coats after. The results on top of a jet black gloss base is just crazy! And I have enough left to do 20 sets of wheels like this if I wanted. I would advise mixing up small batches to test on something first. I originally was going to add the flakes to the black base but the flakes just got painted and don't show up. 7/5 stars, perfect product, seller, and experience.

It works very good and it's got a very nice sparkle to it

Looks fantastic, lays down nicely with intercoat clear and it dances in the sun. Definitely not for the faint of heart, this is an intense flake. Keep in mind this video is after applying the flake and before the candy coat. I'll follow up with some photos after the candy apple red and clear coat.

I ordered this for a guitar project, and understand I painted cars for 20 years so I know my way around paints. Although I never had a chance to spray a car with glitter, I thought I would try it out on a bass. I asked for help from users, specifically about base colors. I wanted to know if you needed to spray it over a similar color(purple) and the response was NO. Bad answer. I should have known. I used way more than needed because the base was blue, not purple ,and you could see any tiny spot not covered. Do yourself a favor, spray this over a color similar to the glitter color and avoid the problem I had.
