Great spec great customer service
Great spec for the price. Delivered fast, well packaged and on time. I had a minor issue with set up and the customer service guy was amazing. Had it sorted in under 2 mins. Very polite and friendly.

Good pc, difficult to contact retailer
Pc is good, but ram is a bit short. I have 32gb and but need 64. Also wanted to add SSD and thunderbolt 5 card. Can't seem to find a way to contact manufacturer. If that was possible it would be 5 stars

Great PC, great company to buy from
This is the third PC that I've bought from Cyberpower, I had my other for 5 years and still running great and we got one for my son that is still going strong too. Apart from work stuff, I also use it for Flight Sim. The only reason that I have given the PC 4 stars instead of 5 is that when running MS Flight Simulator the temps on the cores are on the high side with some cores peaking at 100 degrees from time to time (especially when loading a flight when the fans get excited!) although generally running 85-90 degrees. It's fitted with a 240mm AIO cooler, I will upgrade to a 360mm cooler at some point to get the temps down. Doing some research on the 14900k indicates that the 360mm cooler is right choice.
