It works just fine. I used it in my work van to charge my laptop and various other batteries for tools. I bought this one as a cheaper option failed, that being said this was good value.

Used this for a while and it is spot on

Unfortunately ours was faulty and blew the fuse on all the sockets we plugged it into. Never got it working even when plugged directly into the battery with a 30a breaker. It just tripped straight away. I assume some wiring fault internally.

runs quietly to run my TVin camper van

Feels very good quality but I'm afraid this item is being sent straight back. I intended to use it on a motorhome (for watching TV) but before anything is plugged in to this product, the fan is extremely loud - about the same as a desk fan. The cigarette lighter socket isn't a great fit either - very loose.
