Brilliant.
Never have to worry about cold coffee again. I even put a cold milkshake in it. It stayed cold for about 9 hours. Absolutely brilliant.

Does too good a job of keeping drink hot.
Very happy, keeps drink hot. So much so, I’ve had to cool it down before I put the lid on or it’s too hot when it comes to drinking it.

Had one job: Do not spill
When I got it, I was impressed. Good colour and quality. Lightweight and keeps the temperature for a long time. In the office, it was great and I was pleased. Easy to clean too, so that's a big bonus.Then the problem happened in the car, where the other features mattered. Firstly, the flip top got in the way of my nose so I couldn't drink more than half the contents because it forced me to tilt my head too far. Not too bad, I guess but that loses a star.But the worst was that, when I wanted to put the mug in a bag, the coffee emptied into the bag. Not just a drop: emptied. I checked the lid and it was on firmly- I couldn't work out the reason. Then I saw the cause was that the flop-top had dislodged from the pivot hinge in the closure of the lid (difficult to describe). It's a clever design in that when it works, it pulls the lid closed and opens slightly when you drink bit also allows opening more to clean, I guess.In this case it must have detached from the pivot point when pushing against my nose while I drank, so even closing the flip top left it open as it was not engaged and locking. Result is that it emptied into my bag. Not happy. Two stars because otherwise it's great. So close but a major feature failed.Don't have packaging anymore so I guess I can't return it. Shame because it's not cheap.
