As the title says, this sticks on my fingers very well and tears with relative ease. Sometimes the end peels up/off mid workout, but that might be more user error than a defective item. Worth it.

This stuff is as versatile as duct tape. I am not a power lifter, just an aging outdorsman. This stuff is wonderful. Warning - it does do quite as well once it gets wet. But when kept dry, it performs wonderfully. Much better than regular stretch bandages. I use it to wrap around my thumb or fingers for protection when they start drying out and splitting on fishing trips and I can't interrupt my trip and give them time to heal.

I have used several different weightlifting tapes over the years. This tape is the best one! The tape almost welds to your fingers, it does not come off!

I really wanted this to be perfect bc the pattern is so cute and I really love gym reapers, but for Oly Lifting.... it's just not as good as Lift Genie. You have to wrap it really stretched/tight for it to stay in place and not bunch up. It works but it's just kind of annoying where I didn't have to worry about something before
