This massager is a life saver. I weigh 216 pounds so I am very happy to have the extension on it. It heats up perfectly and the massager mechanics are great. It has plenty of time on the battery. I wore this to visit family and it was a game changer with my lower back pain. I drove with it on as well. I love how I am hands free to do anything while wearing this. I bought this after using my brothers. I love that I can use my extra battery bank with this with no problems. This way It is ready at all times. I am never waiting for battery to charge. This has met all my expectations. I use it multiple times a weeks. I will use it before bed and then am so relaxed I can fall asleep.

This cordless heating pad belt works great. I bought this for lower back pain and its comfortable to wear and the variable heat and vibration settings work great. After wearing it for a while on the heat setting your back pain lessens and your able to move around freely again. Best I’ve used since my serious back surgery w spinal fusion L-3:S-2 with 3 discs removed 3 years ago Bought 2 extra batteries from Amazon which are excellent- 5000mah Vida IT is great with long life ( Note : this small form battery is not designed for cell phone recharge- just for heating wraps) ( I don’t use vibration massage feature much ) heat is great w 3 levels Highly recommend

I ordered many items from Amazon, but rarely take the time to write a review. This item was so helpful to me that it warrants the time to do so. I have had back pain for over 40 years, especially when standing or sitting for long periods of time. We recently took a long trip, including long flights and bus rides. Normally, my back would not tolerate this at all. I wore this back belt nearly the whole time, and it literally made my trip tolerable. It has three heat settings. Setting one was warm enough that I never even tried two or three. There are also three massage settings and I alternated between all three. As others have said, all three massage settings are quite noisy. I like the fact that the power pack can be removed and quickly charged with a USB-C cable. After less than two months of use my belt stopped working even though the power back was fully charged! I called customer service. They answered after a very brief hold. The remedy was to simply press the button on the side of the power pack. It is now working great again. I have been recommending this belt to all my friends and family.

Great item. Gives me instant relief. Sadly when I take it off, discomfort returns.

The battery pack is just awful it doesn’t last long at all. Charging takes 6 hours and even on the lowest heat setting this doesn’t last more than a couple hours. The belt heat however is surprisingly good. Hot enough on the lowest setting that if it is on direct skin and you are leaning on it then much more would burn so that’s great heat. The vibration is quite nice but it is loud for public use. But overall with another battery pack this does give good heat and vibration. For the price I’m pretty annoyed with the cheap rubbish battery pack.
