This shoe rack is the ideal size for the small area by our front door and sturdy enough to sit on while putting shoes on and off, the soft cushion makes it that bit more comfy too. Assembly was one of the simplist I have ever done, clear instructions and every part numbered by removable sticker. The whole thing took under half an hour with no glitches. I can't fault the item and would highly recommend it. It looks good and is well made, I like that it is bamboo too which is a sustainable material. The drawer is an added bonus and perfect for storing shoe polishes and brushes. Nothing to criticise except as a note to the manufacturer it was disappointing they used polystyrene slabs as packing as it cannot be recycled- a small niggle in an otherwise perfect product.

This small hall shoe bench was a very pleasant surprise, as it is of the highest quality. They are obviously proud of their product as they put an aluminium manufacturers plate on it. Simple to assemble, each component of the highest quality. Took me 10 minutes max. Sturdy, comfortable to sit on whilst putting on your shoes. Storage rack adequate for 6 pairs of size 11s. Great product.

Very easy to assemble . Well made and sturdy. Think I’ll recover the cushion seat but as it is it’s very practical . Only a small house so any storage and space saving item is a blessing .

Make no mistake, this is a really nice piece of kit. It's well-designed, (largely) well-made and looks great. Hence 5 stars, but be aware: If you are well-used to self-assembly you will breeze through assembly of the carcase. If not, there are items which have a right-way-up and a wrong-way-up and the instructions are not so clear as they might be on this score - so think hard, go carefully and don't tighten anything beyond recovery until you are happy.. The drawer is more difficult. The right-way-up instructions are particularly easy to mistake; but crucially, in my example at least, the pilot holes for the screws were drilled at too-small diameter. Having tried and failed to drive the screws properly tight into these I resorted to a gimlet to open the pilots up a bit; and then everything went well. As supplied, the padded seat is apt to slip all over the place: an offcut of non-slip rug underlay has solved this for us. No caps are supplied for the fixing bolts, the heads of which therefore remain visible. I like this honest, engineered look. If your preference is otherwise, doubtless you can find some suitable solution on Amazon. The seat accepts my 13 stone with a creak or two of mild protest. If you are super-sized . . . !

I am pleasantly surprised by this shoe bench. It was easy to assemble-took approx 15mins and is pleasingly solid. Everything is constructed from solid pieces of bamboo- no MDF, ply or chipboard in sight. The drawer is a handy additional touch. The cushion is a decent quality (not the thickest but feels comfortable enough to sit on while putting on my shoes)- Its not a sofa so it doesn’t need to be plush. Do note that the cushion just rests on top of the bench and the surface is rests on is smooth so the cushion will slide backwards if the bench isnt against a wall- try some double sided tape or carpet grips. The cover removable which is a plus for me. Looks just like it does in the photos. Im really happy with this purchase.

This shoe rack took a slow 30 minutes to put together myself following the precise instructions (they possibly didn't need to be printed on single sided paper though, save the trees and all that...). It looks fantastic and it is exactly as pictured. My only other gripe is that the cushion is not fixed to the top of the rack and in the photos it looks like the "lift up" seat plate is hinged - that is my bad for not paying closer attention to the photos and the wording where it says: "Easy-to-open bench top opens offers extra storage space" and "Seat plate is made of MDF". Except it does follow on with: "A grey cushion attached on the top." - the "attached" does imply that it is fastened and secure to the lid somehow. But, I have some sticky backed velcro somewhere that will now come in handy and I'm still giving it 5 stars because it really is a nice, solid shoe rack that doesn't look cheap and does the job it is supposed to do. It fits 6 pairs of shoes - 3 on each shelf. I have three pairs of ankle boots on the bottom shelf and three pairs of sandals on the top. I am pleasantly surprised at how happy I am with this purchase - there is always a risk buying something with no reviews which has been reduced in price but with this I got more than I expected and I will be buying the larger version of this shoe rack for my hall as a result. The best shoe-stool rack ever. Absolutely love it! So easy to put together and I am rubbish at assmebling things yet I amanaged to do all by myself in less that 20 minutes! Easy instructions. I highly recommend this product and I would definitely buy again.

Update 2023: updated to 4 stars, it's will going strong. Compact and still sturdy. It doesn't get frequent use but it does the job. Original: Very fast delivery but no delivery reference number, luckily my neighbours were in. Received it with two broken pieces, I will update once I receive replacements. Otherwise, it looks smart, compact and feels sturdy when you sit on it. But. Because of the two broken pieces, I am sceptical about the durability of this and if one day my mother will sit down and fall. I bought this for her because she has low mobility and always struggles to put her shoes on.

Arrived on time, delivered at night didn't know that was a thing which is great. Easy to assemble just don't pull stickers off before assembly they're numbered for a reason. Steht bei uns im Flur und passt gut zu den vorhandenen Schuhschränken. Praktisch zum kurzen Ausruhen oder ablegen von Handtasche oder Einkaufskorb, auch unsere Katze hat das Teil schon für sich entdeckt. Die zwei unteren Ablagen eignen sich gut für normale Schuhe, aber knöchelhohe Stiefel (18 cm) passen leider nicht hinein. Die Schublade ist eine praktische Ergänzung. Der Zusammenbau ist selbsterklärend und einfach. Das Teil macht einen robusten Eindruck.

Per abitudine, togliamo le scarpe appena entriamo in casa. Cercavo una scarpiera di una misura contenuta per l'ingresso di casa, per le scarpe di tutti i giorni, per non avere la distesa di calzature sparpagliate in bella vista, ma tutte erano troppo grandi per lo spazio che avevamo a disposizione. Questa è perfetta, in bambù, robusta, esteticamente carina, resistente e ha anche un comodo cassettino per piccoli oggetti. Piace anche al gatto, che ci fa dei bei sonnellini.
