Easy to swallow for me, good size, I don't notice yet any health benefits because it is just one day, I compared a lot of different brands and this one seems to be the best value

No fish burp
Seems to work as fish oil should. It kinda smells clunky, but no gross burps. I am not aware of this brand giving you fish burps so that is a huge bonus

nothing good to say
The whole bottom of the jar was covered in tablets that could not get loose. Tried banging bottle, scraping them loose and finally ended up throwing at least a dozen tablets, stuck in the jar into trash. Makes you wonder why they were all stuck.
