At the first opening of the bottle, I was hit with a strong apple cider vinegar smell. So, number one, I know the product has what it claims in it. Honestly, although I know ACV is good for you, I can't drink it. The smell of the gummies had me concerned, but I bought them, so I had to try at least to take them. I tossed two in my mouth, and to my surprise, even though I could taste the ACV, I actually liked the gummies and wasn't rushing the chew time to quickly swallow and clear from my tastebuds.I highly recommend it to anyone who, like me, wants to include ACV in their diet but can't stand it in liquid form. With the inclusion of beet and pomegranate, the benefits are even better.

I am well aware of the value of Apple cider vinegar, but could never bring myself to drink it. I was super excited about trying the gummies. There's pomegranate juice in them making them sweet and delicious, way better than drinking straight apple cider vinegar every day.Serving per day is 2 gummies and all you have to do is take them with food.
