This is a must have for my workouts now. I’m 46 year old male, before I started taking this pre workout it was a struggle just to finish my full workout. Now, no problem, don’t get me wrong still tired but have no problem finishing through now. Taste great, now when I wake up I have to have this to get my day going forget coffee to just help wake up, this gives me energy and motivation to get going. Everything sculpt nation and VShred has told me does what it says, not only can I feel the difference, but I can see it as well! That’s so hard to find these days! Everything that Sculpt Nation and VShred offer so far has been amazing, love this stuff!

This creatine powder might be some of the best I have seen for dissolving in water. This creatine was easy to mix with any drink and has an excellent flavor. It does not taste like regular fruit punch but its close enough. It does not taste bad and I would recommend adding it to a fruit smoothie.Overall, for the price and quality of the powder, it's worth the price.

The product I received with extremely old it’s manufactured in Feb 2023 and taste Disgusting. It seems it may be expired. The item is also non-returnable so be careful when you buy this product..

It definitely does what it says it'll do, so that part is transparent, however, I don't know about the transparency of the ingredients.
