I've been taking this supplement for years. I tend to sweat a lot and loose vital minerals during workouts etc. This supplement replenishes me and prevents cramping after workouts.

As a full time mama and running my own business, daily energy is a must. I’ve tried several products over the years, but stoked on this one! After taking it for more than a month now, I can honestly say I have noticed a big difference in my bodies energy levels and capacity to be resilient to daily stress.

Good product

The capsules in my bottle are covered in fine powder. I've never seen that before in a professional product. Perhaps one opened and got all over the contents, not sure. I started with 1/day (.25 dose) for a couple of days to see how well I could tolerate it. I haven't felt well the past few days I've been taking it but didn't think to connect it to this supplement. Today was my first day with 2/day and I'm feeling worse -- feeling lousy and have a headache. I suspect it's because of this supplement. Though mineral supports can help with chronic headaches, it seems to be the opposite for me with this product. If you're sensitive to supplements, this may not be a good product for overall health support.

This product has some weird values for a few ingredients on the label. 10 mcg Zinc?? This won't do anything for you. 20 mg Manganese !? Too high. 10 mcg Chromium ?? Won't do anything for you. 20 mcg Selenium ? Not much. It uses patented TRAACS minerals so that's an excellent thing.

I have a history of joint and bone injures from sports and my body is always aching. I started taking this supplement and within about a week my joints felt better and my bone pain started to go away. I take them every morning with a meal. My diet tends to be low on calcium so I feel a lot better knowing I am getting the appropriate amount of calcium from this supplement. This product is also a lot better value compared to other mineral supplements I have purchased in the past.
