Ivory Fondant, Vanilla, 2.3kg

I've used Satin Ice before and prefer to use it over Wilton because it tastes better and is easier to work with. This was my first time ordering it online instead of buying it at a specialty cake supply shop and I'm very happy with the result. It's exactly what I would have picked up at the store and it's cheaper, of course. I was worried that with just regular shipping it would not get here in time for a cake I needed it for tomorrow, but it was shipped same day and I received it only 2 days later, so I'm ecstatic!

I purchased this fondant for a wedding cake for a bride who didn't like fondant but was having an outside summer wedding so it was a requirement. She loved it! Everyone said it tasted great. It was also not hard to work with. I will only use this brand from now on. Shipping was quick as well.

This fondant is very easy to roll out and has a nice flavor compare to many other pre-made fondants. The ivory color was also nice and worked well with the wedding.

I have never had such a disaster with any cake I have made. I read through many reviews and thought this would work the best. I was so very wrong! After covering the cake in the fondant, it started tearing and falling off. Any movement made it rip. I have used several different brands, I have even made my own fondant....this was by far the worst ever. I ended up in tears and unfortunately the bride was also upset. It was a nightmare! I would not recommend it to anyone unless I hated them...I probably wouldn't even then...I'm not a monster!

For anyone considering making their own fondant... DON'T! This is perfect every time and so easy to use! HIGHLY recommended!
