I recently got my hands on a keto recipe book and I am loving it! The range of low carb recipes is fantastic, and it has made sticking to the diet so much more enjoyable. What really stands out is the simplicity of the instructions - perfect for beginners. And the recipes for the air fryer? Brand new!!! Now I can enjoy crispy, flavourful meals without worrying about excess oil or unhealthy fats. Some dishes, such as Salmon with creamy dill sauce and Greek roasted vegetables, have quickly become staples in my home. Plus, the book covers everything from breakfast to dessert, so I'm never without meal ideas. If you're serious about keto and want simple and delicious recipes, this cookbook is a godsend. I recommend!

A good collection of popular keto recipes
When I switched to the keto diet I purchased several recipe books at once. As a result, I use only this one. This is where my favourite recipes are. I cook them because they are simple, quick and very tasty. The book is professionally compiled, all the recipes I cooked approved by my nutritionist.

It's easy to lose weight on Keto diet
I was happy to find out that the latest edition of the book has the units of measurement adopted to the UK standards, e.g. temperatures in Celsium, etc. The book explains the primary benefits of the Keto Diet in straightforward language and highlights the use of air fryers. The low carbohydrate intake makes the keto diet very effective for weight loss. I received a Ninja Dual Air Fryer for Christmas and have been enjoying cooking low-carb meals and shedding weight. The book contains numerous recipes, and while I haven't tried all of them yet, the ones I've made with my new gift have turned out to be delicious. I recommend trying such recipes as 'Mustard and Rosemary Rib Eye Steak,' 'Sweet Glazed Salmon,' 'Roasted Edamame,' and 'Simple Beef Kebab.' With the help of the air fryer, everything is quickly prepared, and you don't need to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I'm satisfied with the book and would like to thank the author for writing it.

Lots of recipes, no pictures
Lots of recipes, but cheap thin pages and no pictures in the entire book. Feels very cheap, no production quality.

NO Weekly ingredients list
There is no weekly diet plan ingredients list. I started to compile one for week 1 and gave up after 3 hours. Really disappointed as the recipes look good but far too time consuming.Next issue is that the servings range from 1 to 6? Bit of a waste of money to buy ingredients for6 when it’s for 1 person as in my case.Not very well thought out.

Got this as a gift for my father in law who just started keto. Normally he is using the air fryer for most of his cooking so I wanted to get him something that would help with his new lifestyle without totally changing what he use to do. This turned out perfect! It’s helpful and has some great recipes that are easy to put together. Most of them are true keto and the ones that are more like low carb he either avoids or only makes sometimes. Would recommend!

There are duplicate recipes in here and many that don't give a complete description of instructions.

Delicious recipes and minimal oil
I saw this book at my friend's house and got interested because she spoke highly of it. I have been familiar with the keto diet for a long time and decided to try it again. This book is quite comprehensive and contains tasty recipes. I also liked the well-thought-out meal plan. Each recipe includes the number of calories. Amazon delivered the book very quickly, almost the next day after the order. I already have a book on the keto diet, but this version, which includes recipes for the air fryer, particularly intrigued me.Particularly enjoyed recipes like Fish Fillet with Onion Rings, Pesto Steak, Simple Scallops, Simple Beef Kebab, Artichoke Fries and others.

Good recipes but the book needs closer editing
There is a good variety of recipes but the book would have benefitted from a good editor. Since when do you “Peel, core and chop blueberries”?

I own multiple keto diet books, but this one undoubtedly stands out as the best among them!The book's layout is well-organized and enjoyable to read, featuring three recipes per page instead of six, as seen in some other books:)). The first chapter contains an extensive list of foods, and the nutrients per serving are provided in both grams and percentages, making it simple to track daily carbohydrate consumption. The book's high-quality and diverse recipes demonstrate the work of skilled professionals. I usually lose weight on the keto diet each spring, and I find it to be the most effective approach.This book provides delicious recipes as well as a thorough explanation of the science behind ketosis. Anyone looking to live a better lifestyle and lose weight needs it.
