After finding out that I can get my hands on a Japanese style Bidet in the UK I was thrilled.First of all the delivery was super fast.The heat settings and functions for drying etc are amazing. Fortunately my Father has experience with installing plugs / sockets (electrical) and plumbing skills or it will be difficult to assemble.We connected the plug that is outside the bathroom and installed a plug inside the bathroom with a fuse box and various other things.You do need to purchase additional items to get the UK toilet plug in the bathroom and cover the cables.Most importantly there is a serious electrical risk so you will need skills to ensure it is safe and there is no risk of being electrocuted. We don’t have any young children in the home so most of us have common sense to keep it dry at all times but if you have young children who will be in proximity, consider making it as safe as possible and keep the plugs away from water.We have a fuse box installed and a device to make sure to cut the power if it gets wet.If you don’t have the knowledge, it’s recommended to hire someone to safely install the device and it didn’t take more than 3/4 hours to sort everything.I am super excited to use the product and will be looking to purchase more to upgrade all of the toilets in our home.10/10 👏👏

I have had several bidet toilet seats before that I have purchased through online bathroom stores for between 3 and 4 hundred pounds but this is so much better. I can't believe how cheap it is when it's so much better than my previous buys. Ones I had before had fixed buttons on the side of the seat but this is much easier with the remote control. Everything is great but The only downside is the instructions on how to use aren't very good.

I found this biday seat easy to install and the Cinese to English translation was reasonable. The device worked well and the auto function. in particular, was convenient.A ell built product, whilst the cheapest, was good value for moneySensor function stopped working after 1 month. This means that the bidet sprays water on the floor even if no-one is sitting on the toilet. Unable to contact sellers for a re-fund

We love the toilet seat. Very nice sitting on a warm seat in the early hours of the morning.

This has no pump so maximum pressure depends on your cold water supply. It draws too slowly to activate my pumps switch and so it only works well while my cistern is filling but fo the price it does a quick rinse and dry very nicely

These are just brilliant, heated seat, warm soft wash and blow dry. Easy to use. Very comfortable. Highly recommend. Was a really good price as some soft close toilet seats are £65 alone! It comes with a uk plug so I put an outdoor socket on the wall and boxes it in.

Horrible customer service, horrible product, not clear instructions. Then refused to give me a refund after i told them it does not fit, i did not even use it! DO NOT BUY!

I've had it a couple of months now with no issues. Doddle to install. Fantastic value for money. Build quality appears good. Once you've tried it there is no going back! Delivery takes about a month, there was a slight delay but the sellers comms were excellent. Considering this is half the price of the next nearest competitor it is worth the wait.
