Description
- Cherry chips are beneficial for introducing premium wood characters to wines at a low cost while offering positive effects on wine color, aromas, flavor, mouth feel as well as creating depth and body.
- Increases the aromatic complexity sweetness and wood taste.
- Improves the structural mouthfeel and sweetness. Stabilized and more intense colour.
- Prepare Oak Chips before using by boiling in water for 15 minutes. Strain the chips off the water and then add the them directly to the wine.
- Add to the must or the finished wine. Dose: 5-30g /10 liters wine.
