Edit**Customer service is phenomenal. They reached out to me and sent me a replacement free of charge. Just for that I changed my review from 3 stars to 5. I was really excited about this display case—it was easy to assemble, came with many helpful accessories, looks great, and perfectly showcases my lazy yoga figurines. It arrived yesterday, and after setting it up, I kept the light on for a few hours with no issues. Unfortunately, when I went to turn it on tonight, the light no longer works. I’ve only been able to use it once, and without the lighting, the main purpose of the display is lost. I also don’t see any options to contact customer service, and now I’m debating whether or not to return it.

Updated review:I've updated my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars now, because of the customer service and product were both great. AZEYN contacted me for more details and photos of what had happened and sent me a replacement. The replacement item was perfect this time. All the pieces fit and I had no issues with assembly. My advice is to use the provided gloves and dust towel to make sure you don't get any finger prints on the plexiglass (it attracts dust due to all the static from ripping off the protective film).My only recommendation would be to add some sort of cord organization so that you can hide the light power cord. Or maybe an option for a black background. Thanks again for the great customer service!Original review:The display itself looks pretty good and the internal frosted light is a nice touch. The issue I ran into was with the stands. The pre-drilled holes were too narrow for the plexiglass inserts to go into. The pegs that should fit snug into the wood, would crack and break off. If those holes were a half a mm longer, it would be perfect.

Almost the perfect set up. Item was great, saw reviews of cracks on some of the pexiglass and mines only had some at the bottom where you stick the ends into the base. It’s not noticeable when put together.The risers/steps included were very wobbly, it leans at a slight direction when assembled. I’ve insured it’s been properly assembled but it still leans to the left or right. (So ensure your figures are evenly spaced out) to avoid it leaning to one side.The cable included functions well, but my personal opinion is that it should be maybe 2-3 feet longer… if you wanted to set this up, you’d need to be close to a power source.It’s a nice case, very sleek. But small things that I found encouraged me to deduct one star. Considering it’s about $50

Looks ok but product is only held together with tabs and slots that do not hold well. Mine fell completely apart and destroyed all the glass art inside. I’d avoid.

Edit:I’m changing my review from 3 to 5 stars. The seller reached out to me to offer a replacement after I shared my initial experience. I took their offer, and I quickly received my replacement. The first one I received took about 90 minutes to assemble; the replacement took maybe 20. The slots aligned perfectly and no power tools were needed. Personally, I will add glue in the slots to prevent separation, but it seems snug even without glue. Very nice!Original:I purchased this display case as a Christmas gift. I helped the recipient assemble the case, and I had to extend the holes on the base and the top using my electric drill. We will also need to use glue to secure the top and bottom because it currently does not sit level. It looks nice, it will suit the purpose fine, and the overhead light looks neat, but assembly is a nightmare.

Excellent Display case. It was easy to build. The light works great. It’s very sturdy. The shelves that come with it are a little narrow but they work for my figures. I’m very pleased. For context I have 7 labubu plushies and 7 Popmart monster figures in it right now.

it came packaged pretty good but sturdiness of the shelving and the box itself isn't the greatest....picked it up to move it and it fell apart so that could be better especially for the price of the product. The overhead light was great for a bit, now it starts to flicker if I have it on for a bit. So that it why Im giving a 3 star, debating on whether to return it or not granted if this product had been 20-30 bucks I'd have no problem with it, just expected it to be a bit better for the price I paid

Got it today and it looks amazing.Few things I want to mention about this product;First is build up. It is easy to build, however, I do suggest tighten little (don’t do aggressive) bit to avoid your display falling apart whenever you pick it.Second the size, I had trouble measuring my Labubu because I was thinking this size will fit perfectly. It did but I could’ve size up to fit all of them, however, it does look great regardless so I don’t regret buying this particular size.Finally the final look. It look so cute. I couldn't stop smiling when I finally put it up. It worth money just need measurements right. Overall, it good product I’ll definitely more of this size since I have more Labubu but are perfect for this size. But I do suggest going for one size and all of size (which means bigger size to fit all of them).Ps. I highly recommend buying a mini table for your table so you can stack up your table and avoid falling it.
