Beautiful floral pattern; small floral motif inside the cup; gold trim on cup and saucer.Shape of the saucer is quite dished, or turned up on the outside edge all around, which is unusual. This set is somewhat heavier than true bone china sets, but the floral pattern gives it a sense of delicacy that I don’t think would be present were the set in a bold or contemporary design.The cup itself is, for my taste, too big for a teacup set. Somehow, it “works” with the saucer , but the handle seems disproportionately oversized for the cup. The bowl of the cup itself is just …big, yet holds 6 oz.I have a china hutch full of exquisite teacup and saucer sets I’ve collected over the years, so I’m maybe a little more particular than most. Still, I’ll keep it and use it as I am at this moment, for a generous cup of afternoon tea.

I’ve been eyeing this cup and saucer for quite sometime. I didn’t know why there were no reviews, but I decided to buy it and see for myself. This is a beautiful set, I love the colors and placement of the flowers and the one inside the cup! Nice cup handle that is easy to grip. Seems quality made and it arrived in perfect condition…no chips, nicks or flaws in design. I’m very happy with my purchase and pleased to add it to my “collection”. I have a weakness for pretty tea cups.

Very pretty china tea cup. It is advertised as "bone china", and I assume it is, but it is not the translucent, light china I am accustomed to from England. It feels much heavier and thicker. That said, it does keep the tea warmer a tad longer. The floral design on the cup and saucer is clear and the colors are just beautiful.

Love this teacup and saucer!! I wanted another purple set to match the one that I already have. Now if we want my mom and I can have matching cups for fika!
