I brought this to the beach with me and I was very impressed with the quality, ease of assembly/disassembly, and that it was easy to use. It has a forearm rest that makes it comfortable on long hunts. It’s the perfect size and not too bulky and I found several coins while I was there so it functioned very nicely. The only thing that could be better is the bag that came with it could have been made a little better. My strap on one side ripped the first time I used it.

I like the minelab X-terra voyager although it has a tough time detecting by beach water due to alot of minerals other than that its a good detector its a definite starter machine if anyone is just starting out like myself. THANKS MINELAB

I wanted write a review although I sent this back , it worked fine out of the box , it did almost go dead in 3 hours of use . I didn’t have extra batteries. I did find one quarter , the depth meter seems to be way out of wack . And don’t work on targets that my bounty hunter 4 could find , and I will add the bounty hunter quick draw was worse then both these units. The cheap Bounty Hunter if you don’t mind using sound works just as good or better then both these units .

Got this for my son for Christmas. Her is having fun with it. Easy to use, beginner friendly but works really well. Not heavy. Loud enough that you can hear it but has headphones with it for those needing them. Battery lasts for hours.

Purchased for the wife and grandkids to use while at the beach. They had a blast searching for treasure. Good price for this product.

Das Gerät ist extrem leistungsfähig und findet zuverlässig Münzen, Schmuck und andere Gegenstände, selbst wenn sie tief im Boden vergraben liegen. Die Bedienung ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und das Display gut lesbar. Die verschiedenen Modi und Einstellungen lassen sich mühelos anpassen, sodass immer die optimale Konfiguration für die jeweilige Suche gewählt werden kann. Durch das robuste Design und die perfekte Verarbeitung eignet sich der Metalldetektor hervorragend für den Einsatz in unterschiedlichen Umgebungen wie z.B. am Strand, im Wald oder im freien Gelände. Usando as instruções inclusas, conseguiu montar o detector de metais em apenas alguns minutos. Não são necessárias ferramentas nem conhecimentos especiais. Até as pilhas duas de 9 volts estão incluídas, então você pode começar imediatamente. O comprimento da sonda é ajustável; ela pode ser dobrada para transporte em uma mochila e até mesmo desmontada. O dispositivo pesa aproximadamente 1,3 kg e, quando dobrado, mede 72 centímetros de comprimento. Ela pode ser estendida até um máximo de 1.36 m. Para mim, que tenho 1,98 m, ela esta a quase no máximo para o meu uso. A bobina do detector foi projetada para ser mantida a apenas alguns centímetros do solo. ( As costas tem de ficar direitas ). Como alvos de busca, ainda pode se escolher entre metais comuns, moedas e metais preciosos. No entanto, o visor mostra cada pedaço de metal que a bobina encontra ao longo do caminho. Isso também funciona se tiver definido um alvo de busca diferente. A parte superior do visor mostra o tipo de metal que provavelmente encontrou. Há também um modo de treinamento, voltado principalmente para a busca de moedas locais atuais. Antes de testar, assisti alguns vídeos e, por isso, movi cuidadosamente a bobina à prova d'água a uma distância de 2 a 3 centímetros do solo. Geralmente, as pessoas queriam saber se era difícil de usar o detector o saber como usar o aparelho as pessoas tabem queriam saber se o detector poderia encontrar joias o ouro com ele. isso não é tão fácil assim, mesmo que a joia não esteja coberta. Joias muito pequenas, especialmente aquelas com baixo teor de metais preciosos, costumam ser difíceis de encontrar, mesmo com detectores profissionais. Com meu anel escondido, recebi um sinal quando segurei a placa diretamente sobre ele. Simplesmente varrer a sonda no modo de busca geral não encontrei nada. Então, a sorte desempenha um grande papel aqui. Embora infelizmente não tenha encontrado uma corrente de ouro ou algumas moedas de prata enterradas, diverti-me surpreendentemente com o dispositivo. Rapidamente me acostumei com o zumbido nos ouvidos e fiquei surpreso com a rapidez com que se pega o bichinho da caca o tesouro. Como o dispositivo é relativamente fácil de usar e não é muito pesado, posso facilmente imaginá-lo como uma ótima maneira de passar uma tarde com crianças. Portanto, também posso imaginar o dispositivo da Minelab X-Terra Voyager como um ótimo presente para detectores iniciantes, tanto jovens e mais velhos. Isso é especialmente verdadeiro porque o conjunto completo contém tudo o que você precisa para começar. Mesmo que não encontre nada valioso (como eu...), uma sessão com o detector de metais ainda é bastante instrutivo: você percebe rapidamente a quantidade de detritos metálicos enterrados no solo.

I have been out of metal detecting a long time, so decided to get this model just to get back into. I have to say, great little machine, easy to build, light and comfortable to use. More than capable of finding items up 6 inches and then a little more. Important part is getting to know the signals and different metals, and you will find a good training model it is. Important part you must watch for is the following, or you will end the model before you start. Be very careful putting batteries into the machine, if they don't fit properly, you are doing it wrong, and if you don't watch you will trap the wires, and break them. That is the only major advice I would give.
