Great earbuds, mostly.
These buds have a nice aesthetic with great sound. Case is mostly metal with a plastic bottom for wireless charging. The buds themselves are simply styled. The logo design makes them stand out just enough to keep from looking generic without being shouty. They do protrude from the ears, so they won't be good for side sleepers. They sound great with full, punchy lows and a warm overall sound right out of the box. The highs are clear, but not shrill. If they aren't to your taste, the sound profile is fully adjustable through the app. I love the inclusion of the dongle. Over a standard bluetooth connection it appears to be around 200ms, but with the dongle it appears to be around 25ms. Awesome for gaming without wires. The dongle is quite wide though, so using it with a cased phone will require an additional cable. BeAware sounds mostly natural, although white noise is present in the background. I hate that you can't change from voice prompt to tones. Listening to someone talking while you make settings adjustments is quite annoying and unnecessary. If you want a fully detailed review of the buds, I recommend looking up the review from "Aaron X Loud and Wireless"

Unique Earbuds
Unboxed it and didn't find the cool looking braided cable. Looks like my pair doesn't have one. No cable image on the box either where the box content is shown. At first thought it was stolen but no. Anyway. Not a big deal as I use my phone's charger and cable. The case is somewhat heavy but really cool looking and premium. Some say that its hard to take the earbuds out of the case because of the design and strong magnets but not really true. Its very easy. Buds aren't made of metal but have good build quality. As for comfort they are pretty comfortable. Not too large not too small. Noise canceling actually works but haven't tried it in noisy places so can't tell how strong it is. I bought it mainly for music. And what about sound quality? I'd say its very good. Powerful but not too much bass. And a touch of treble but not sibilant or sharp. Many songs will sound awesome. So its mostly balanced sound. I liked the bass boost eq most. As for app its very minimal but good. Before buying saw many positive and negative comments and was afraid of buying. But no bluetooth connection issues so far. Time will tell how long they will last. Overall great earbuds for my humble collection. Have around ten pairs. From different brands. One thing for bassheads. Buy cmf buds pro 2 instead. It has really really powerful bass.

Good... Right earbud quiet
These sound AMAZING. They are the best sounding TWS earbud I have ever used, and sound better than most of my IEM's as well! They have super nice seperation due to the Knowles BA, and I'd reccomend leaving them on the JLAB Signature EQ preset and EQing from there! They are a little harsh on treble out of the box, especially for stuff like Metal and EDM, but have a super satisfying bass, and clear vocals. It's stock tuning is VERY V shaped so slower tracks come out very detailed and clean (I swear I could hear the hammers of a piano hitting the strings in some tracks LOL.) but like I said stock tuning isn't great for faster stuff like EDM, so mess around a bit. The USBC dongle works AMAZING for PC gaming and I absolutely love it! Needs to be in more mainstream buds if you ask me. Sadly I do have some issues with it... they're pretty large and don't fit super well, though I always had a good seal with them using medium eartips. They just are big buds and jut out of the ear a lot, as well as being uncomfortable in the ear after a while. The battery is alright, but I work long hours in a woodshop and find them dying after about 6 hours (LDAC with ANC OFF). and finally.. I sadly have to return these due to the right earbud going about 3 decibles quieter after the first 3 days :(. Think it was just a factory defect but I have seen some issues with batteries floating around. All issues aside... BUY THEM ON SALE. These things go on sale ALL THE TIME. They went on sale for 150 on JLABs website literally a day after I bought them for 200 on here LOL. For the price, the build quality is amazing. The sound is nothing short of breathtaking at this price range, and the dongle is great for use with PC gaming.

These ARE epic.
Let me start my saying I am no stranger when it comes to high-end, top tier TWS. If it sounds good and it performs well, I'm interested. I don't discriminate by brand, nor am I loyal to any one brand...all I care about is if it performs well. I own a wide range, from the Moondrop Space Travel, all the way to the Beoplay EX. In between, I've got the Technics az60, Sony XM4, Sennheiser MTW3, Status Between 3ANC, MW07 and the Bose QC2. I'd name drop more, but I'm not trying to brag. All I'm saying is I have heard enough of what's out there to make an informed decision and form a proper opinion on JLab's most premium offering. Long story short, these are fantastic at $200, and you should really consider them over anything else at this price range. Here are the main reasons: Sound quality: I'm not a pretentious audiophile, so you won't catch me talking like I can taste or touch sound. All those descriptors like how the mids are "brittle" or "crunchy" are absolutely moronic, and they don't help anyone who's actually looking to use common sense to make a decision. I won't talk about how the lows, mids and hi's are, and all that frequency talk is word salad. At the end of the day, here's what you need to know....there's this thing called "detail". It's what helps you hear each instrument individually and clearly. If you don't have it, you're listening to a wall of sound where things blend into each other. These have great detail. Listen to "Thriller" and you'll hear every finger-snap and every twang of a guitar riff I bet you didn't even know was there. Additionally, it's got a good sound stage. That's how far apart the instruments sound. You can again listen to "Thriller" and hear different instruments play in different parts of your left and right ear. Some parts play behind you and some play off to the left. Sufficed to say, it really helps with the immersion. Last thing about sound, the app has an EQ. It's pretty good. I recommend the Knowles preset =) Features: the dongle it comes with is the truth. It lets you plug into any other phone, tablet or computer you may have that has a usb-c port, and listen from there without pairing. Additionally, it's got some great codecs and Bluetooth version, all of which guarantee you get a great connection, which means better ability to stream a higher quality. It's got spatial audio, so you can listen to 360 audio on Tidal, and LDAC for all the cool Sony stuff. ANC/Transparency: it's not God tier, like the Bose or Sony, but it's VERY good. Combine the ANC with the good volumes this can put out, and you're in your own world when you want to be. Build Quality: metal case. Feels cool to the touch, and strong and sturdy to boot. It's small enough to throw into a front pocket and not make you look like awkward. There are way too many little details I'm not including, but there are very few downsides I can think of when it comes to these. Again, I've heard some of the best, and these are right up there. Give JLabs a try, you will not regret it.

Issues with one going bad
Sound awesome, but they don’t last. I have had these 1.5 months. They sounded awesome, deep bass and clear highs, the battery life is great. While using this week the right one went from 100% volume to 2% could barely hear some highs coming out of the right side. Full battery. I called prime and they said the return date had passed so I ack about the warranty, I was told to return them and they would refine my $134, I told them I want them replaced and that the price now is $199, Prime said to return then call after I reorder and they would give me a gift card for the difference. Hopping the new ones last.

Improved sound and comfort, minor quibble over fit
Sound quality: 5 - I'm no audiophile but the bass is punchy and everything else sounds good. Edit: compared to the skullcandy or JBL buds I've tried recently these sound amazing. Deep and clear. Volume: 5 - first earbuds I've had in a while that I could bring my phone volume down more than a couple notches from max and still feel like it was loud. Battery life: 4 - lasts a whole work shift (~8 hours with pauses) *edit: only 6 hours if you keep them going at high volume Design: 4.5 - carry case has a nice heft to it, like a heavy battery and all metal construction. Buds are fine, multi-function touch sensor does what it's supposed to. Comfort: 5 - no ear pain from wearing for 8 hours. Fit: 4 - because they have no ear loop they are more comfortable but I can definitely tell they are able to fall out if I don't seat them well. Not usually a problem so I'll only take off one star. Overall: I wish they were more secure but between comfort and sound quality I can enjoy these without the ear loop of sport models. Edit: everything just HAS to be electro-sensitive touch panel controls and in a dusty environment sometimes the controls actuate randomly. Also, I had these three months and the left one died (I dropped it a couple times but... Really?) For $150 I need earbuds to last more than a few months. It is annoying but even so I am considering buying again because all the other brands I've tried make my music sound tinny and hollow.

Some compromises being wireless earbuds, but honestly the best on the market.
I would never consider wireless earbuds for my gaming PC, but I was kind of forced into it because I had scalp surgery. My other set is an Audeze Maxwell that I've been using for about a year. I really liked the Audeze, but I was forced to look into the "gaming" earbuds market. I am admittedly an "audiophile" and have wasted plenty of money over the years on DACs, amps, and headphones. Now I am just looking for a good sounding set that is easy to use, wireless and no perceivable "lag." I tried Sony INZONE, Steel Series Gaming Buds, and Asus ROG Cetra Light Speed. Nothing was great and I felt like out of the bunch the Sony's were absolutely terrible. Steel Series does okay, but the sound quality is lacking. Asus was probably the closest to being a winner. Enter these JLab Epic Lab Edition earbuds. It comes with a BLE adapter, and has standard Bluetooth connectivity. Admittedly, I don't use them much on my iPhone as I have Airpods Pro 2. I did connect them and listen to music on these. It was a pretty great experience, but I used the app to set them up. The app is pretty bare bones, but it works for what I needed. I changed the tap functions to suit my needs, then I used these with the BLE adapter on my laptop, gaming computer and Nintendo switch. Honestly love them, as the fidelity is fantastic. I can't detect lag on the audio. The battery life is enormous (8+ hours) when using the BLE adapter. The noise cancelling is good enough to drown out most background noises but obviously not Sony/Bose/Apple quality. The sound quality is to die for, the dual driver has enormous sub bass, and very good midrange and highs. Playing Cyberpunk walking into the bar you can hear the bass and it's almost convincingly moving from tiny earbuds. Truly great overall and my absolute favorite audio product I've bought for my gaming PC. I use JLab Signature EQ and really do like it. Some people like "Knowles Preferred" but I found JLab Signature matches my use case here in "video games." Nit pick is the case is a little tough to open at first, but seems like its getting easier to use now. Also, I'd like to be able to delete noise cancelling off setting in the app so I can just jump back and forth between passthrough and noise cancelling as those are the only two settings I use. 5 stars from me. I hope they make the change in the app and these are like 10 stars for me as perfect.

Great audio and battery life in a beautiful package
I never heard of JLab before I went researching for earbuds to use for work. I did get these on sale for $135 so that really enticed me to try these out. I mainly use them for work for Teams calls on my PC (dongle) and bluetooth with my phone. Music around the house and on walks is a bonus. Initial thoughts is "WOW" as the carrying/charging case quality feels great as it is metal and has a good heft. The materials used for the buds and dongle are also top-notch and feel high-end. There are plenty of earbud tips to personalize and I didn't have any fitment issues with the medium tips. The buds stay in the ear securely and surprisingly comfortably considering their weight. They are noticeably more comfortable than the JBL Quantum TWS and the Jabra Evolve2 Buds that I was comparing them against. They are even more comfortable than the similarly-sized but lighter Galaxy buds. The phone app doesn't have a ton of customization or testing that you find in other brands, but it works fine. Would be nice to see JLab work on it more to add more settings and features. Audio quality over bluetooth and the dongle is excellent. I'm not an audiophile, but they sound clear and crisp. Bass and treble are strong and the equalizers (especially the preset ones) are great. Microphone quality is decent and as expected from a earbud product. Obviously, it works better in a quiet environment. Turning off MS Teams noise suppression helps. ANC works, but nothing mind blowing. Should work fine on an airplane, but I wouldn't put it up against Bose or other higher end offerings. I like the Hear Through feature and that seems to work very well even with directional noises. There are a few things I didn't like about them... I wasn't able to simultaneously connect to the dongle on my PC and a phone over bluetooth. Using the dongle seems to make the connection exclusive and I have to unplug the dongle to connect to my phone. Couldn't confirm if that's the way it's supposed to work or just me. Also, when the buds are removed from the case a voice says "JLAB ON" loudly which is annoying. A nice tone or jingle would've been preferred. Some users also complained about the difficulty in taking the buds out of the case, but I have skinny fingers so that was a non-issue. The magnets are strong which keeps them from falling out. Although I'm having not a perfect experience using these with my PC and phone (simultaneously) I'm still keeping them as their comfort, audio quality, and battery life will definitely serve me well outside of work.
