These are a little More expensive but So worth it

I’m sure there can’t be anybody on the planet who hasn’t used one of these instant shoe shine sponges at some point in their lives. Whilst nowhere near as good as a proper traditional wax polish, applied with a brush and then buffed off, they are great for an instant lift and they do give an impressive shine, especially when the sponge is new and there is plenty of wax impregnated into it. I like the fact you get three different ones in this pack – black, brown and neutral. I like to keep one of these in my desk at work and if I need to go and see the boss, I can just wipe this over my shoes and give them an immediate freshen up. I did think these are slightly more overpriced than others I’ve used in the past? £17 for 3 means they’re well over a fiver each, and I can’t remember paying more than a couple of quid for this sort of product in the past. Also, I don’t think I have any brown shoes at all so the fact I’m being forced to buy a brown one in the pack for the devalues the price point even further? I do think the quality is quite good however and the shine as I’ve already said, is very impressive and people will comment how shiny your shoes are when you’ve just applied it.

As an oldie not having polish and a brush doesn’t come natural. Needn’t have worried! Better by miles to apply and does exactly what it advertises. Wouldn’t go back to the old method. Not sure at this stage how long it lasts……..
