I read all the different reviews, and I’m all about saving a few bucks. But I took a chance on this option despite being a bit more than other choices and I’m so glad I did! The necklace itself is so durable and high quality, it doesn’t tangle or knot at all. I’m a dog bather/groomer and it’s held up against all sorts of chaos so far. I love the cleaning tool and added motivational charm as well. For those quitting smoking, think of all the money you’re saving, and make sure you’re investing in the best chance for yourself to stay away from smoking. I’m 10 days cold turkey after 22 years of pretty heavy smoking. It really helps if you’re ready to quit!

For those saying, the necklace is nothing like a vape, try putting a tiny piece of gauze into the breathing piece. It definitely helps create more of a resistance when you suck on it.

Amazing product! Not only does it help with my anxiety but also with not smoking. It came with a little cleaning kit and packaged very well. The chain was longer than I expected but that’s fine. Probably between 28”-30”. My favorite thing is the initial charm with the inspirational message on the back. I definitely recommend this!

I thought this would at least slow your breath down when blowing out of it, i can assure you, it does not. It looks pretty and I feel like it could be a great object for oral fixations, like if you’re trying to quit smoking, but that could also damage your teeth. I wouldn’t recommend for anything other than a necklace

I ordered this as a gift for someone who vapes and wants to quit. I have read these can help with the oral fixation and calm anxiety when trying to quit a product that is difficult. The quality of the product, the packaging, and the beauty of it are wonderful. I am pleased and hope they will find some solace in being able to wear this and have at their disposal as needed with hope that this tool can help them to achieve their goal in quitting vaping and soothe their anxiety around it all. Lovely product and thoughtfully put together.

This is a beautiful breathing necklace but unfortunately after having it for a week the chain already broke right at the clasp.
