Slightly thicker than original, but works just fine!
The MSRP from liftmaster was $4.60, but Amazon offers faster shipping. Its thicker than the original coupler, but it fit just fine. It saved me about $500 if I had to call a pro.

I bought these oversized cable drums for an 8’ garage door because the cables kept slipping off the ones I had. I wasn’t sure the old ones were adequate for an 8’ door. But these worked great and could be used on a 9’ door or bigger
