Wearing these for about 10 days now.. One under heel painful (landed heavily on stone step so likely bone damage) so alternating one on, one washed\drying. And they do smell after a couple of days wear. Heel a lot more comfortable but toes a bit cramped in all but sandals or trainers. Good support and padding. Velcro fastening holding up well and comfortable to wear. Worth the money as combination of these and co cods have improved me to a slight limp

Easy to put on and provides some cushioning. Helped my cracked heels a little. However hasn’t helped with the pain, bought for plantar fasciitis, and they start smelling after a few wears. Not as helpful as I thought it would be.

A good fit, and reduces pain in heel when walking.

I've been wearing silicon sleeves on my ankles for a few years now to cope with Haglunds bumps above both heels.But always looking for something else that is more practical (I have to put the silicon under my socks) and I think these have done the trick for me (one week in, they're wearing well).I'm experiencing NO rubbing or scraping, and even though they - black coloured ones - peak above my shoe line it's not noticeable.EDIT March 2025 - 3 months on and I'm still impressed. They're wearing well and after daily use, still look newish and have the same bounce on the sole from the memory foam insert. My haglund's bumps are protected also, I'll be buying another pair as a spare soon.

Poor quality

I purchased this item as I had a pain in the heel of one foot which is consistent with the symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis. When I received it I was quite sceptical that something as light & thin as this could make much difference. However I was wrong. I put them on as soon as they arrived (around mid afternoon) & there was a marked reduction in the pain by the end of the day. After having worn them for 3-4 days, the pain had pretty much disappeared. I stopped wearing them & some days later, the pain did return, but in a much milder form. It may well be the case that I did not keep them on for long enough & so I'll try wearing them for a more extensive period & update this review later if necessary. They were thin enough for me to wear & still put shoes on, although the shoes did feel a bit tighter. This may not be as easy for people who wear different shoe styles or with shoes that are a little tight to begin with.

The gel heel supports are easy to use and very comfortable. However, despite the outer packing being untouched the box the heel supports came in was damaged and had obviously been opened previously. The heel supports were just jammed in the box, not as you would imagine a new product to be. These are not cheap and this is not acceptable.

Perfect fit for my 11 year old, he finds them very comfortable and helpful when running and playing sports
