Couch arrived very fast and for most of the day we couldn't find the directions and couldn't find any video. We got most of it together. after we were pretty much done, we were folding up the boxes that it arrived in.The directions were tucked in a bottom flap of one of the boxes. All i have to complain is if the directions could be put in a easer place to find them. Everyone who has sat in the couch and reclined, have fallen asleep...lol .So we are very happy with this couch :)

I've had this for about a month. It looks good. It's very comfortable,it's also rather firm, which i prefer. If you want a sofa you sink into, this is not it.It came with 2 small cylindrical back supports that are just about perfect lumbar support.The massaging/vibrating function is pretty good. Shiatsu it's not, but pretty good. It would be nice if it went higher, i'm 6ft 3in, and would love if it reached my neck.The heat is also pretty good, but doesn't really get into the upper body.It is nice having the USB port, but if you use it, the cable is sticking out from between the buttons to put the recliner up/down. Very annoying. And you have to hold the buttons for a loooong time! Literally 10 seconds.Also annoying is the cup holders. If you're reclined, they are hard to reach, especially are the armrests are about 4in thick-which I like a lot. But they should have raised the holders to be flush.Assembly is easy enough if you are mechanically inclined, not horrible if you're not. But it is 6 separate pieces, and a bunch of wiring, that come in 4 boxes. They do NOT show up at the same time.....I got 3 separate deliveries, from 3 separate carriers..... the big question is durability.

I love this couch.I have had it for about 60 days and have had 0 problems. It reclines great and the USB charger works as expected.Setup was easy if you follow the mostly clearly laid out instructions. I do recommend two people for setup as some components are heavier. It does come in 4 boxes and I brought all the boxes into my apartment my self but setup went better with 2 people.The vibration functions are great. The one at head level is louder than expected and I haven’t been using it because of that. It is easy to disable vibration in any specific place you like though. All other vibration areas are reasonable as far as noise. I rarely turn it up past low as the higher levels are intense as expected.If it had not been on sale I might have opted for the next model up that has a detached remote instead of one connected via a cord. Also if not clear, the recline controls are on the side of the couch and the vibration on the corded remote.Although not listed as a wall hugger like the next model up, it can fully recline at about 8 inches from the top to the wall.Also I am semi tall at 6’1” and am able to use it fine.I have two complaints that otherwise would make this a perfect couch.1. the head has no extra padding so especially reclined it is hard to watch the tv. To resolve this I bought a 30.00 headrest recliner pillow and then it was fine.2. The heat function is really only at the lumbar area and it gets WAY too hot fast. I only turn it on about 3-5 minutes at a time. Also the heat control is separate from vibration and as such does not have a controllable timer. It shuts off at its maximum default time. It is so hot I almost never use it.As a note but not really a complaint. Due to the double reclining, it is not comfortable to lay across. Use the reclining to lay back. Do not lay across the couch.

Short seated and not comfortable

This reclining sofa has a extensive pedal, so my husband can also completely stretch his body, and the additional waist pillow can support my body.BTW, the tilt of the power reclining couch is controlled by the button, which is very convenient. The quality of this power recliner sofa is much better than what we buy locally. Highly recommended.

After a period of use, we also bought a matching loveseat recliner from Consofa, which is now placed in my living room, and my friends say it is very beautiful, and then we will consider buying a single recliner chair.
