I mix 3 tbsp of this ACV with warm water and stevia each night, having it before bed. Sometimes I also have it in the morning. The result is a refreshing beverage that tastes real good, and seems to be making a difference with some stubborn lbs I've been struggling to get off for years!Though I must admit I started taking this ACV for health reasons, I now look forward to my daily dose as it tastes remarkably good, and is a great way to end the day! This product's competitors have become clearer and more diluted with time. Lucy's ACV is fairly dark, has plenty of "mother" and in my opinion, is the best ACV value I've been able to find! Time will tell how effective it is in my weight loss journey!

Great for cooking and cleaning! I use it to cook dishes like salads and to tenderize my meats. You can also use it to clean CPAP machines if you have sleep apnea and need something safe to clean your CPAP with. It doesn't have a strong scent which it great, and it lasts a long time for how much paying for it.
