It's a great mid-range priced combo. Sturdy rod and smooth reel.

Received the rod and reel combo, but for some reason I only received the lower half, no upper... Plus the eyelet was bent and broken... What a hassle... Have to return it and wait for refund to order another... Hopefully it comes ALL intact without further issues...

Penn is by far the superior fishing combo set

This is a great fishing pole for inter coastal fishing and saltwater fishing I’ve been using this kind for years it’s middle light weight so you can feel the fish and great for the price. You will like the way it feels when you use it. It two pieces top and bottom and the reel. Also you have make sure that it’s show you that. I bought fishing line that it says to use and this is line i got as well as this lure set

Good rod and reel combo got the 4000 perfect for yellow tail and other mid size snapers. A combo that you go tu use all day nice weigth good size preaty durability

Very nice fishing combo

I purchased this pole for my grandson for Christmas. When the order came in it was missing the top of the pole it only had the real in the base that was no big deal they immediately sent me out a new one. 2 weeks after Christmas I took my grandson to the dock we were loaded down with a fresh supply of live shrimp he cast his line out and immediately got a bite as my 9-year-old grandson set the hook the top of the pole broke in three pieces he was able to pull a small puffer fish out of the water needless to say if a small child can't break the top section of the pole setting the hook on a half pound fish this product is junk .

Hi PENN Fishing, I have a complaint: I bought the Penn Wrath 2500 Combo. Bought last year but never used. Yesterday took out and on 5th cast the Rod just broke. I want PENN to register my complaint and provide me a solution/replacement as soon as possible.

Estaba esperando mi producto con ansias solo para descubrir que solo me llegó la mitad de mis cañas pedí dos artículos pero ambos les faltaban la punta de las cañas al menos los carretes y las bases se sentían de buena calidad ya me llegó mi reembolso pero estoy en duda de volverla a pedir este producto

I’m speechless. It was shipped broken. The packaging was fine but the rod has a factory defect on it.
