Please consider the following before buying the Caradel sofa by Torque industries Mumbai. As can be seen in the photos of the sofa, on delivery reflecting the poor workmanship and quality of materials used, which has also been forwarded to the seller.1)The seller firstly had delayed delivery of the product by 10 plus days and the reason that was cited was “re work of the product due to poor workmanship and it didn’t pass quality checks”. Based on the product received it appears the rejected product was shipped to me as is.2) Extremely poor workmanship as can be seen in the few pics that I’ve attached. The material used has already started opening up on receiving the product. The worker hasn’t used good quality foam. Cheap foam, like poly styrene, like that used in packaging is used, making it extremely hard and uncomfortable to sit on. Proof of the same can be seen in the pictures.3) Extremely poor workmanship as can be seen all over the sofa.4) Despite going through the pictures and reviews on the Amazon page. The colour and product received appears different.5) Due to the above it is the customer that has to suffer at the end of the day, due to this tragedy.

This furniture has been a welcome addition to our living room. It has a classy look & is strongly built to handle individuals who are on the heavier side like me. My wife & I are quite impressed with this purchase.
