Item arrived promptly and worked fine with the Xbox one. Excellent customer service too. Would recommend.

Noisy, but works
Although it was described as "silent", this is far noisier than the original official X Box One power supply. But, at least it doesn't keep cutting out in hot weather, like the old one was.

Don't last long and is loud
Well had a few months it's really loud and it's just broke. Don't even know if it can be sorted because theres no contact info. Don't get this box spend another tenner and and get a better one

Went to “Game” and PC World and couldn’t get a power brick, you came to the rescue and only had to wait a few hours. Thank you

Fix the fan
It said super quiet .....it’s loud AF it’s Louder then my pc which have 4fans that’s 3times the fan inside the power supply explain that one
