This is a repeat order for quite awhile now. One of the best magnesium supplements. Good price and good quantity also. Will continue to use it for preventing leg cramps at night and to relax for sleeping. Two tablets do the trick in the evening and occasionally three. Will help with a smooth time in the bathroom the next morning also.

Perfect and solved a problem I didn’t even know was solvable. As a perimenopausal woman, I notice taking these helps me with not need to get up and pee in the middle of the night. After taking these for about 4 nights in a row, the difference is night and day. When I forget to take them I notice a big difference.
