This remote is a good match, and good quality

Arrived within specified time and well packaged. Not sure if it's new or refurbished.A couple of the buttons appear a bit stiff so you have to press a bit hard.It works - unlike my old remote - so I'm satisfied.

I not sure this is a real Virgin media remote control.As It does not have the silver Virgin logo on the handset.When I tried it out the volume and mute buttons did not work.But have since found out that it has to be paired to your tv for all the buttons to work.Basically you have to go into -Home on your handsetHelp & settingsHelp - which will take you to Virgin Help Home, and will be hi lighted on TiVo box, go up to programme your remote at the top of screen, and follow the instructions, it will then give you a code (or codes) which you enter on your remote, to pair it to the tv.

I put this off, expecting it to be a pain to set up, but eventually one of the buttons gave up completely on our old remote so I gave this a go. It was so simple I could not believe it was done, but it works like it should. We never managed to get the old remote to work with the volume but this one did, first time. So glad I got this.

The media could not be loaded.  It works but no virgin media name as shown on the website.

Item works fine all buttons and functions seem fine.Controlling the Virgin Media box was working right out of the box.With any remote like this you have to tell it what TV you are using, it wont have volume control set up for you straight away.It took 5 minutes to set this up to work(just search how to set up volume control on your Virgin Tivo remote).

I know it was cheap but I could of got it for nothing if Virgin had their site up properly.The sound button doesn’t work
