Excellent for sleep and anxiety

If you’re new to GABA, or just hesitant, I recommend taking half a dose first. These are 500mg capsules, easy to take apart and dump half of the contents out. 250 is enough for me to stay asleep - just make sure you have enough time to devote to sleep when you take them, as I found it difficult to wake the next day. I slept very soundly.

I can only take GABA in 200mg or less a day or I end up with GABA gut! (It’s a real condition) 500 mg causes me horrible gas pains for hours. Stronger than that , you can imagine. This is too strong for me but may be right for the next person.

It did help with mind racing, but came with some side effects that the label does not list. I researched Gaba on a medical site after starting to take it, and was surprised that it has a definite medical use and can cause some major physical problems. Also, it should always be started on a much lower dosage. So if you decide to try this product, do research, so you know what may come your way.

My sleep is interrupted if I do not take this. I tend to sleep all night without getting up if I take this. It relaxes me. Good price on this as well.

I think this is working, I feel calmness at night and not feel hungover in the morning

Seems very helpful. But I would like to suggest that it could if possible be in a little lower dose that I could take it in a bit lower dosage mg so that I can take it three times a day if at all possible. Thank you
